★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have a 4 month old pit who got parvo. I took him to banfield hospital inside pets mart in Easley, sc. They absolutely went over and beyond to do everything they could to get my buddy tray better. He was almost done for when I took him in. A week later, he got better and is now better than ever. The staff at banfield took care of him and babied him better than I could've imagined. They helped me mentally and financially to be able to get tray treatment. The staff kept in close touch with me everyday. They even called me to check on him after he was better just to make sure. They are amazing people that work there. Thank you banfield staff for saving trays life.

October 21 · Alyssa ThompsonEveryone is super sweet, very helpful taking there time to examine my little Milo and never rushing you out. They seam to love pets the way that I do so for that so far I have been very pleased
April 09 · Wanda DuncanI am very pleased with the staff,Doctors and every one that puts Bob’s health first. I have had great experiences with your staff and doctors taking care of him and he is my first priority
July 23 · joye fisherI took my dog to this location after she ingested some medicine. I was told they were going to have to induce vomiting to get it out of her system and it was going to be $300. I asked if that included the discount I was supposed to receive since she was on a pet plan and I was told no, that was without looking at her profile what the cost was for inducing vomiting and then stopping the vomiting. I said okay and they told me they would call me once they had done so. I received a call from them about an hour after I dropped her off and they told me it was going to be $300 for the induced vomiting and that did include my discount (right then I was a bit frustrated). Then told me that they suggested she stay and be put on an iv and monitored for the rest of the day and it would be $500 all together. I said okay but was a bit taken back by the cost. I decided to call a couple of other vets to inquire about what the same service would have been at their clinics. Both clinics told me under $250. I then called Banfield back and expressed my concern and how my supposed plan was saving me any money. They pretty much told me they can’t speak for other clinics but their pricing is based on the quality of care their animals receive. I said I wanted to go ahead and pick up my dog because I felt like I was being scammed for more money. They told me I could do so but I was still going to be charged as a full day of monitoring her. I will never be going back to another Banfield location and I will be cancelling both of the pet plans that I have with Banfield!
