★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They are the best vets I’ve been to and I’ve been to a lot. Fairly priced, exquisitely knowledgeable staff including the front, techs, nurses, drs and anyone else I’ve forgotten to mention. They make you feel at home. They make your animal feel safe and comfortable at all times. I love this place. I’m making things up to go there!!! Attached are photos of my kids, Zankou, white one with spit, and Barbas, black kitty with donut on after surgery.I forgot to mention the cleanliness and perfectly organized office and rooms. This vet place is the best.
July 10 · Amy Marie RadzikWe love coming to this Urgent Care. We now have taken our golden retriever here, who received an emergency obstruction removal surgery. He was saved by the amazing vets there a few years ago. So naturally, when our cat had an infection, we brought him here. From the receptionists up front (Carolyn/Caroline—unsure of spelling), to the technician (Misty), and our Dr., we were again so thoroughly impressed by the level of care we received. The doctor explained our options and gave us all possible treatment actions and Misty was awesome taking care of our Gatito. He is on the mend with a follow-up appointment in a week. We love these guys and travel quite a distance from up the mountain to take our furry loved ones here.
April 25 · Sarah HudsonPet Hospital of Redlands was a great experience for my cat and myself from beginning to end. Walking in, his name was on a board welcoming him as a new patient which was sweet. The staff was friendly and we got our room right away. The nurse was kind and treated my cat lovingly. Dr. Adams was so enthusiastic and outgoing. She seemed to have genuine concern for us. When we checked out, they even had a little gift for my kitty that he loved! I had to follow up and the staff was very helpful and prompt with their reply. I highly recommend.
August 13 · Jen JoinerI’ve taken my cat here after she got very ill. They were very empathetic and took great care of her. Thankfully she’s doing great now and hopefully will live a full life.
July 30 · Cierra WilsonI am so glad to have found this vet office! Everyone is very kind and professional. We’ve had a few scary (to me) events and it’s all be easily taken care of by the team here. I always feel safe leaving my babies here for treatment.
