May 01, 2025 · Judith TurziMy cat was seen quickly. They treated my cat with loving care that put him at ease. I am happy to say he is back to his old self.* UPDATEI had to take my cat in again for an injury. They got me in the same day (1 hour after I called). Everyone at Willow Run has been great to deal with. We have been taking our pets here for care since 1989. I highly recommend this office.
Apr 05, 2025 · Wendy BrantFrom the moment that you walk in until the time you leave, the staff goes above and beyond. They truly care about your animal and keep you informed every step of the way.. We’ve been with this practice for over 20 years. I would never look elsewhere. Thank you for keeping our pets happy and healthy.
Mar 07, 2025 · Tia JonesWe are so lucky to have found such an amazing vet to take all of our pets! They were fantastic and so caring when we had to put our elderly cat down. They are incredible during regular check ups, and are always available to help when something is wrong. We had quite the health scare with our dog Bill last December and I truly believe that we still have him with us today because of everything that did for him. They saved my boy and I could never thank them enough for that!
Apr 24, 2025 · Heather McBrideI visited Willow Run Vet today for a quality of life appointment for my two elderly dogs. After visiting with multiple vets, Anna was amazing, it was deemed they should both be put down due to health issues. The receptionist Brittney was the only issue we had during our visit. She was absolutely disgusting to my husband and I during an extremely hard time. She acted annoyed when we got there and had to show us to our room because another receptionist was busy. She then came in for us to sign paperwork before euthanasia and was cold and rude. She did not answer any questions we asked, she never made eye contact, and she was visibly angry when I asked to combine the two payments instead of do two separate transactions. She also never smiled or even acknowledged my dogs licking her. When it came time for payment, she acted disgusted when I asked to type in my card number. She practically threw the thing in front of me to type it in myself. I then asked for paperwork to give my vet about the euthanasia and she flat out refused. She said there were no notes in the system and she might fax them something later if I gave her the name of the vet. Before I left, I made sure to stop at the front desk where I reminded her it costs zero dollars to be kind. I would give this place 5 starts if it wasn’t for Brittney who completely ruined a very hard time for us. How awful to have someone who hates their job so much at the front desk to greet people and then take payment and paperwork during one of the hardest times. I will let all of our friends and family know to stay far away from this vet if they want to feel any form of empathy or compassion. I will never return.
