★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Please do not take your animals to this place!! Took my puppy for his second set of shots and decided to add on nail trimming( $30 extra). when he came out I asked if his ears were ok which the vet didn’t even check his ears. When I started to walk off notice blood on his paws. The vet tech ran and got powder to stop the bleeding told me if it continued to bleed at home put flour on it. I carried my 50 puppy to the car due to the snow outside and my son noticed him walking different. I got home carried him up 2 flights of stairs and he laid on the floor. Checked his paws the front paw had a nail split down with the nail hanging. Once I got to his back paws each nail was cut down to the quick!!!! He was limping due to the pain. Calling the customer service number is a joke they don’t answer. When I filled the form out I heard nothing. I filled it out again and got a phone call. The lady crystal refused to give me her bosses name or contact information. Said she would pass my information off to the “board”. She didn’t care that my puppy was hurt because of this and said she can’t speak on the vet. That’s apart of your so called business!! She asked for me to stop cutting her off after she would laugh and not take this incident serious but it was ok for her to keep cutting me off when all she was going to do is educate the staff and pass the information along???? You can’t be serious it takes about 8 years to become a vet how much more education do you need to know how to cut nails???I hope and pray they record them phone calls because now this is going the legal route!!!! They are lucky I can’t give no stars.
February 02 · Carrie GoheenBlood test is required to give dogs heartworm meds because you could kill specific breeds with ivermectin. They con you into buying a 12 month supply even if your dog’s test is negative. Do not buy the Heartguard with testing. They’ll tell you it’s a preventative but it could kill your dog. I spent $147 unnecessarily bc my dog had roundworms. Just buy the pyrantel. Be very careful. They rush you in to get money and you can’t reach customer service unless you wait an hour. I’m disgusted. I thought the place was great in saving money but it’s a money maker. They don’t care if they kill your dog
July 01 · EricaThe visit wait was not long & the vet & techs were kind & informative. Got my kitty vaccinated, checked over & kindly given back to me in short order. They made it easy to have my new kitten checked over & vaccinated. $130...fair
August 23 · Char BanashefskiIt was all rush. Rush. Rush.No listening as to what was needed for my pet. They grabbed my dog and rushed me to the checkout counter; I couldn't even watch what was being done to him because they moved the checkout area since I was there last time. The person after me was checked for the wrong dog's services, cause they were in such a rush.Disappointing the way we were being jammed through. The nice vet who previously handled my dog was much better/ kinder with pets.I guess they've had staffing turnover.
April 27 · Deb GingrichTook my giant black lab in for shots and a nail trim. It was my first time there and it was so simple. The techs and tge vet were so sweet and patient with him and it was so quick and so affordable!!! I will be referring people for sure!!
