PetVet365 Pet Hospital Cincinnati/Anderson Reviews
Hands down the best veterinary practice I have ever been to. From their follow up reminders, to the customer service at reception, to the techs and veterinarians, this practice goes above and beyond. Their text message communication is not only polite and courteous but effective and convenient.Dr. Lambert has now saved two of my dogs lives. My very first day living in Anderson Township, my dog had a bowel obstruction and we did not have established vet care as we moved from hours away, I called their office sobbing and they got me in that morning and she had surgery that afternoon. It went perfectly. They even text me a photo when she woke up, and sent her home with a certificate of bravery. They checked in throughout the entire recovery process and were so supportive. After that she became our vet for all of our pups. I brought in my sweet Apollo for a dry nose that kept worsening despite over the counters meds, we talked through a treatment plan and ran some labs. The following day she called me that the labs were normal, however she had a hunch we should run a cortisol test anyway because he had some muscle atrophy in his head. It came back at zero, and confirmatory testing showed he had Addisons disease, a life threatening illness of the Adrenal gland. He later developed additional medical issues, and she was so helpful in tackling them and answering my (very very numerous) questions. I think one of the defining features of a good vet is one who offers to collaborate with specialists or refer for other opinions when it comes to specialty care, because it shows they truly have the best interest of your dog. She cared for Apollo for the remainder of his life and I am forever grateful for the time her diagnosis bought us. They were also very supportive when he passed unexpectedly at home, helped us navigate the cremation process, and sent us a very thoughtful card, as well as a paw print, and a nose print. Finally, the patience of everyone involved is so impressive. You can truly tell they’re there for the animals, and will do their absolute best to ensure the pets have a good experience, whether they are nervous, reactive or fear-aggressive, I appreciate that they allow you to hold them, examine them on the floor, try different treats or providing pre-medications to ensure visits are as stress free as possible. They do it all. They provide pre-estimates before doing anything, and are transparent about costs, and have a great yearly plan option. Top notch practice. There are so many other good things I could add but I’ll just finish with thank you for all you do for my pups!
Jun 05, 2025 · Savannah HerbertWhat a fabulous little veterinarian office 😊I had not found a vet we loved, since moving to Anderson and one of my babies just didn’t seem to be feeling well. I was able to schedule online (a fabulous thing for an introvert like myself) and all info was done over text. When we got there, it smelled so good! The treatment room was all glass and I could see everything going on (my puppy loved this too) and my Murphy and I sat on a couch (no sterile looking treatment rooms here) and the doctor came in and examined him on the floor, while she pet him! Talk about low stress! It was wonderful and everyone was so nice! Thankfully we only had some crystals in his urine and no stones and he will be on the mend soon, with the food they recommend. We have found our new vet!! 💕
Oct 26, 2024 · Michelle Evans-ReynoldsSo lucky to have this amazing vet office in the area! My pup absolutely loved his first visit and the staff. We have never been so happy leaving the vet!
Apr 15, 2025 · Sydney MeffordWhat a relief to find a great veterinarian and staff that are friendly, compassionate and excellent with communication. They have been very easy to work with and we were so happy when they checked in on our baby to make sure she was ok after her visit. These are the things you come to appreciate the most after going to other clinics that didn’t do these things. I am so thankful to find Dr. Lambert and her awesome staff at PetVet 365 Anderson. The atmosphere is very welcoming also. I appreciate the little details, like the rugs in the exam rooms and on the scale. My older dog is prone to falling on slippery floors, so these touches aren’t lost on me. We were offered a room quickly, which helped to keep my anxious pup (and myself) calm. An overall great experience. I can’t express how truly thankful I am to find a friendly place that cares. The piece of mind is priceless.
Jun 19, 2025 · Kristin BingamanWe initially came in for an emergency visit, this was the only vet willing to see an unknown pet last minute. While they wanted to do $1400+ of testing, they were very honest with me when asked to be. They were not judgy about my decision to offer comfort care to the likely dying cat. They gave us practical advice with large dose of compassion. And we left with about a $200 bill. Kitty followed the pattern the vet predicted.... But surprise ending: he didn't die! So back we went for antibiotics. Again, we were offered hundreds of $$$ of options. But again, the vet wasn't judgemental at my decision to not do all. She gave honest but thoughtful advice. 2.5 weeks after our emergency visit and kitty is BACK TO HIMSELF!! He's doing fantastic!!I have zero doubt that our kitty would never have survived without Pet365.The only complaint we have is that they move quite slowly there. Our first visit was 3 hours, where 2+ hr of that time we were alone in an exam room just waiting, with the cat. I wasn't upset because they'd squeezed us in. But our second visit was a normal appt and we were still there over 1.5 hr, most of the time alone with the cat in the exam room. Overall, it was worth it for a gentle and honest vet.
