Jun 19, 2025 · Francis BareIf I could give ZERO, I would. My cat is dead. Your staff that I spoke to on the phone was as rude as can be when asked about any paperwork on him your clinic may have had, In which there wasn’t much.Under circumstances of losing a home, a mother, amongst other things, I hadn’t been able to continue my cats up keep. He was dying while I was on the phone trying to get this information. This woman made me feel as if I was the worst pet owner possible for the lack of. I had my fur baby for over 13 years. And as I have to put him to sleep, I felt completely shamed for things beyond my control. So, whoever was the receptionist on February 16 2023. Thank you for making that day so much worse for me.
Mar 12, 2023 · Ryan WontzMy first visit to this facility was a couple of years ago. The male doctor was completely void of compassion as he coldly recommended euthanasia for my seemingly healthy pet. Not one word of comfort or caring as I cried my eyes out. Leaving there with an empty pet carrier, I felt as if no one there cared as long as they were paid.I tried this facility once again recently with my other cat, when I learned it was now totally run by women, hoping it would be a different experience. But the vet who examined my cat’s ears for mites - since I was concerned he wouldn’t stop scratching at his ears - quickly concluded he did not have mites, but fleas, and prescribed flea meds. I had many questions, but the vet had one foot out the door and I felt very rushed. Like the other doctor I had seen, this vet was not a caring person. And 3 months into the flea treatment my cat was still scratching his ears. After two messages to the facility with no response, I decided to never go back. I found another vet who was exactly what we needed; thorough, caring, informative, and not rushed. My cats’ ears were both infected and he is now being treated with the appropriate medicine.
Feb 12, 2023 · Patti Jo KnightAfter reading other reviews I'm not sure where the great vet techs are when we go. I did give a 2 star because the Vets. are always wonderful. We switched to a different Veterinarian office specifically because of one Vet. Tech that was always sooooo rude to us. Last week we made an appointment for a cat that we are fostering for a friend to our other Vet. office but they canceled the same day due to scheduling conflict. We called Pocoshock because we really felt the cat needed to be seen asap. Unfortunately the same vet tech was on. She was very rude and condescending to my daughter regarding the cats care because it was 2 weeks over due on it's Rabies vaccination. Little did she know my daughter lost her 1 year old kitten after paying > $5,000 to try and save him and is still heart broken and to be treated like she wasn't taking care of this foster cat properly had her in tears. Treating people with kindness goes a long way.
