Prince Frederick Animal Hospital: Craig Jessica DVM Reviews
I like the lobby except that I stood and waited after one customer left and all four employees now without customers, did not ask if they could help me. I like the doctors and assistants. There should be check in and check out counters. Sign in would be good too. I asked if someone could help as I was there to pick up my dog, got a little attitude from one gal who stomped as she got up and said something a bit impatient with my question, as in 'a vet tech will be with you as soon as they can'. I told her, 'how would they know when they don't know I'm here' as she walked away so I called out my dogs name and my last name. She didn't like that I'm assuming, as the way she grabbed a file and shoved a drawer with her thigh showed.
