★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I brought Ruby, my toy poodle here to the Ortho department after botched up care from a local vet. Ruby had broken both legs jumping from the couch. My vet recommended Purdue and they were upfront about the cost and never went over. Dr Malek was excellent in what was a very difficult surgery requiring many pins and staples. She talked to me a couple of times extensively on Ruby's post-op care. Other staff and assistants were friendly and helpful, always welcoming questions and answering promptly.
August 20 · Margie AlleeI was referred to the Ophthalmology department at Purdue by my local vet for my Shar Pei mix and I can’t recommend them enough! Dr. Wendy Townsend was great! She was knowledgeable and friendly and most importantly able to help my dog’s multiple eye issues. The staff - from the front desk to the vet techs and students - was so kind and caring. Everyone treated my dog like he was their own. I’m so grateful for their care!
June 24 · Taylor AtwoodOur puppy Sven was killed by a truck, we brought him in knowing he was probably already gone. The staff was extremely kind and also tried resuscitation when we arrived but we all knew. They cleaned him for us to say our goodbyes and everyone was just so nice and genuinely careful with us and with Sven. Thank you so much.
May 02 · Robin Ellen FoutchThey were very kind and caring while helping us transition into Morel's final moments. Thank you for taking care of us and helping us keep our pup from going through unnecessary pain.
June 24 · Blake HookerAfter a 5 day stay at our primary veterinarian in our hometown an hour away, we had no answers for our sick Sadie. Yesterday, we took her to PUVC and within 6 hours had a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. The best news is, our Sadie girl will be just fine after a dietary change and at home supportive treatment. Thank you to Dr. Moses and Billie (Veterinary med student on her final semester 🥳), you were both amazing, and we are beyond grateful to you for giving our girl the best care she could have received!
