Reid Veterinary Hospital Llc: Vande Wetering Andrea DVM Reviews
Great staff All like family oriented great with my rabbit he loves them thanks guys keep up the great work!
January 30 · MarnieThe staff at Reid never lets me down. The new doctor who was on duty the past two times I went in, Dr. Jeff Popowich, was so amazing with both my dog and my cat when I brought them in on separate occasions. I have been going to Reid for years because the entire staff truly cares about all the concerns of their clients as pet owners. They go above and beyond in customers service and put your pets needs FIRST. I love this place and cannot say enough good things about them .
June 15 · Annie May JohnsonTook our cat here since he was a kitten. They love getting photos of your pets, every doctor is incredibly gentle and interested in your cats health. The receptionists are caring, concerned, and always love petting on your little ones and giving them treats. When our cat was sick and we couldn't figure out why they took every precaution they could and our cat turned around almost overnight thanks to their quick thinking. Overall best place to take your pets for care.
August 07 · Katy LambertExcellent customer service with the humans and the animals! My 11 year old dog Jasmine is always excited to go in and always happy when they bring her back to me.
May 10 · Andi McclellanDO NOT go to Reid Veterinary Hospital, they will take your money and not properly take care of your pet.I took my cat here because he ate a bunch of string and was throwing up and stopped eating. The vet did not touch my cat, he immediately said we should just take an x-ray. Took an x-ray, which looked normal so he gave me some lubricant gel to feed my cat and sent me home with a $130 bill after being there about 10 minutes. Also seemed more interested in making jokes about my cat eating the string than helping him.My cat got worse, so I took him to Albany Animal Hospital less than 24 hours after I'd been at Reid Veterinary Hospital. The vets at Albany Animal Hospital had to perform emergency surgery because my cat had gone into shock and was probably going to die overnight if they didn't operate. They removed a huge chunk of string from his small intestine and now he is doing GREAT!!!!
