Ripley Paws Veterinary Clinic Reviews
Great people. I took our Little Bit, female dog, to get her spayed. She was so afraid, but Brianna was so kind. She may have howled for a bit when she woke up, but everyone treated her with the best care!!
Jul 04, 2025 · Bridget McClain CarpenterI have had only positive experiences at Ripley Paws. Vet tech Grace, and Dr. Wellington are awesome, as are all the other staff members I’ve met. They are always helpful and I feel very confident in their knowledge and ability to care for my pets. We’ve had a couple of our dogs have complex medical issues and I felt that the veterinarians were truly trying to help find solutions. We’ve also received compassionate care from there when we’ve had to make very tough decisions. Thank you! :)
May 14, 2025 · G NWhat caring staff. They are the best. Had our throw away pup in for his first visit. They were so nice to a very frightened pup. They got on the floor with him to look and treat him. He was so scared. I am amazed of the love the staff and Vet had for him.
Jan 18, 2025 · DALE MASONi’ve been going to this vet for a while now They have helped me. It’s not the best experience because I feel like they aren’t fully knowledged. But I’m also not a vet so. Take what you want. But a couple days ago I called and I told them about how my cat had puked at least five times And how the next day she was feeling better And so they said to just monitor Her so I did and then the next day I woke up and she had puked another three times so I was like OK this is a problem so I tried repeatedly calling Ripley paws And every time I was put on hold one time I did get to talk to somebody and then I was automatically put on hold and then the call Ended So I called back and I was put on hold automatically didn’t even get a chance to speak to The receptionist so I gave up because I was not getting any calls and then I had to go to the ER in Charleston instead and they were already worried so they said that she should get an x-ray because they thought she swallowed something so we got an x-ray. it looked like something was in her tummy but the whole time it was actually her pancreas had swollen up so bad that it had folded over and they diagnosed her with pancreatitis. This would have never happened if somebody would’ve answered me and I was I ended up paying almost 1500 which I don’t care about the money but if my vet would’ve answered me, this would’ve not have happened. She could’ve died like they said she could’ve been sitting into sepsis so I am never going to this vet again. They literally disrespected me. and then told me that I could treat the receptionist Better when I was completely ignored, that’s not how that works. I’m sorry, but I don’t recommend going here if you want actual answers and actual knowledge.
