I love Dr. Clarke and her team. Everyone was so friendly and caring. When my furby, Tiger, wasn't quite himself a couple of Saturdays ago, I had to find a vet who would see him that same day. They were kind enough to let us be walk-ins. Although we were the last to be seen because they had to see their appointments first, I never felt rushed at the end. They treated me as if I was the first customer of the day and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed before we left. My senior kitty started feeling better the next day and is back to running the show at home. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

Today my husband took our 24 year old cat Calypso to them to help him cross that Rainbow Bridge. He said they were so kind and compassionate with such a very hard job to do. We thank you Southwest. You turned a very hard decision much easier for us. We've got a few more for wellness checks. We'll be back.

Place is okay. I don't care about the price when the solution isn't fixed. I went 3 different times spent 600 dollars for a ear infection and the ear infection isn't cleared.. I know bacteria can come back but not after 3 times. And every time they want a cytology knowing it's a yeast infection. The doctor comes in last and tell you what solution is..

Great vet and the staff is awesome. Everyone is highly professional and courteous, and they take great care of my dog. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was bc the onsite groomer doesn't use a deshedding shampoo for the dogs. That's pretty standard for groomers and when you have a dog that sheds like mine they need it. Otherwise, this is a great place to take your pets.
