★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I have had TWO bad experiences with Spencer Creek Animal Hospital. My dogs wellness check up was not thorough. Her eyes, ears, and skin were not even looked at. The visit was maybe 5 minutes! My dog weighs 65 pounds and is a little apprehensive. No one in the office helped me get her on the scale. I thought I would give them another chance because they were referred by a friend of mine. I brought my dog there to get spayed. The surgery went well but when I picked up my dog to take home, no one helped me get her into the car. She weighs 65 pounds plus was still groggy from the anesthesia. I received no phone call asking me how my dog was doing the day after surgery. I felt like they just wanted my money. No one at Spencer Creek Animal Hospital cared about my dogs well being. We were just dollar signs. I will never take my animals there again. July 29 · Sophia R
- Took one of our cats for his yearly checkup. Met a new doctor and she was very patient listening to our concerns with our cat. She was gentle with him and helped him feel comfortable. July 02 · Phyllis bilodeau
- We are new to the area and found Spencer Creek when sorting through reviews of vets near me. From my initial call to ask for an estimate for annual visit/vaccinations the staff at Spencer Creek were patient and polite. They answered all my questions and pointed me to further resources when needed. They didn’t push or rush me to make decisions. They didn’t push my dogs when they were uncomfortable and gave them space to warm up or instructed me how to hold them or give them treats to help soothe them through a particular part they didn’t like. We have a chiweenie and a pit mix. We chose to take them on seperate days and both received great care. They were quick to get us into a room so we could get settled. Both the vet tech and the veterinarian were great with the dogs. They worked well with the muzzle we have trained our pit with for high-stress outings. The staff member at the front desk was a saint. She didn’t make me feel bad when I got a little emotional when my elderly dog was calm and snuggly with me after when she usually hates to be held and is ready to get out of there. The vet checked on her one more time before I left with aftercare instructions to help ease my anxiety. For the first time I have no reservations about future visits for my dogs. Thank you Spencer Creek. April 14 · Rebeca Hayes
- Absolutely amazing staff. They took care of my 16 year old pup for years. And when it came time to decide on laying him to rest, they were very professional and just gave me the facts and answered all my questions but kept things very neutral so I wasn't pressured into anything. Even on prior visit they never pressed any decision but was there for my pup and me. Highly recommend.Thank you all at Spencer Creek Animal Hospital for everything! March 04 · Michael Linson
- Clarissa really took the time to get to know my kitten Bella and to make friends with her which helped her to be more comfortable for her first visit to a vet. Then the vet came in and they answered all my questions and took care of everything patiently and with no problems. My girl actually likes her carrier now as I think she had a pleasant experience with the whole visit. Great place and wonderful people to work with!! August 08 · Denise Koper
