Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital Reviews
We moved here in October 2024 with 3 dogs and a cat. Stoney Creek was recommended to us for veterinary care. We've been incredibly happy with their service for all of our animals. We are now buying a house and it was important to stay in the same area as the vet so we didn't have to switch. 10/10 will always recommend.
Jun 30, 2025 · Brandi TrussellLove to people up front all the vet are nice All the employees that I have dealt with at stony. Creek, veterinarian have always been nice to me.
May 18, 2025 · Kelly MarshallSeveral months ago my cat had a foreign body object lodged in her small intestine and had to get it surgically removed. As anyone can imagine it’s extremely emotional and financially draining to have to put one of your animals through a surgery like that and I think it’s important for everyone, along with the actual clinic themselves to be aware of the disrespect that came my way during this time. I think it’s important for vets to be blunt with their clients, especially when the animals life is at stake, however the vet that I worked with during that time came off as judgmental and straight up rude. He told me that if my cat doesn’t make it, I shouldn’t get another cat until I can financially afford one. For a vet, that is an extremely irresponsible and ignorant thing to say. People like him are the reason good animals cannot find good homes. Pet owners need to be supported in times like these and preaching something like that is only going to deter people from getting pets. I also own multiple other animals including a horse, yet he had the nerve to imply I can’t afford to take care of my cat. My cat stayed at Stoney creek for 3 days after surgery and not a single time did I get a call from a vet or have a vet talk to me face to face, even when I picked her up. After I paid, I got a call from the clinics manager (I think) a couple hours later and she also came off very rude and yelled at me for not giving them a heads up that someone was calling to make a contribution to the bill. How was I supposed to know to let them know in advance? Overall I am still eternally grateful for this clinic for saving my cats life, it takes a special kind of person with skill and knowledge to do that, however I hate that I had to face that kind of disrespect during such a difficult time for my cat and I.
Mar 23, 2025 · Olivia ThompsonLove this vet! Lady on the phone was nice. Receptionist were nice. The two times i’ve been so far they called me back within 5 minutes of getting there. They are very respectful of my cat, June. June can be aggressive to people she doesn’t know. The vets are knowledged and equipped to handle such situations to keep themselves and pets safe! Affordable vet.
Mar 25, 2025 · Raven BI bring my husky pups here and it’s always a great experience! The desk staff, techs, and Dr. Belling have all been fantastic to work with. We used Banfield for years and will never go back. I only wish I had found them sooner!
