★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I called and was given a same day appointment, the staff is so great. I am so impressed by the professionalism and general niceness of everyone here. I had to wait for blood test results and was offered water, which was so sweet. The doctor himself was patient and was gentle with my dog, (shes a little uneasy around men). Just a really nice experience and definitely our forever clinic. ❤️Pearl approved.
July 26 · Mackenzie BeyerI’ve been bringing my pets to this clinic for over 2 years, but unfortunately, the veterinarian who used to care for them is no longer part of the team—and honestly, I can see why.I called to schedule a consultation and was given a price over the phone. However, when I showed up for my appointment, I waited over three hours to be seen. The veterinarian, who never even introduced himself by name, was rude, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. After four hours of waiting, I was given a completely different price than what was originally quoted, with the excuse that “prices had gone up overnight.” Seriously? They tried to charge me $200 for a medication that wasn’t even urgently needed, so I chose to order it online instead. I placed the order on Monday, and by Wednesday, the pharmacy contacted me to say that the veterinarian wouldn’t be in until Friday and therefore couldn’t approve the prescription.I called the clinic, and the person who answered hung up on me—telling me I was “nobody to demand a prescription approval.” I called back several times, and they kept hanging up every single time. I have proof of all the call attempts; each time I called, they immediately disconnected the line. This is absolutely unacceptable, disrespectful, and completely unethical. I’ve already filed a formal complaint. Let me be clear: the current staff is incompetent, lazy, and dishonest. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who genuinely cares about their pet’s health and well-being.
July 31 · JESSICA RIVERAThis vet has been great but today I visited and showed a tech that came out in lobby a picture of cat bite where a chunk was missing on the feral cats neck I feed. I was only able to see the white flesh about an inch and a half in diameter when the cat bends over to eat. I asked if cat needed antibiotics like google Search indicated. The tech who was a black woman about 40yrs said the doctor who wrote the last prescription for the exact same cat bite on its neck last time won't be in till next week and said I should put some neosporen on it. The tech said the missing chunk of flesh looked OK to her. I wrote this review to let the owner know what's going on when she's not there.
August 15 · David CAbsolutely love this vet. She is so amazing with my Bunnies, Mrs. Waffles and Mr. Milo. My bunny Mrs. Waffles just recently passed away, and she loved her vet. Everyone that works here is so understanding and loves each animal that comes and visits them. I love how everyone there has so much compassion and treats every fur baby like theirs. Thank you for all that you have done for me and my buns.
April 24 · Sarah MullinsMy puppy had an ear infection, the staff and Dr. were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Chase was back to normal in no time. They ask all the right questions and worry and your pets. Definitely recommend this clinic for your pets needs hands down. Prices aren’t bad either which is a major plus.
