Affiliated Veterinary Emergency Service Reviews
We had to recently come in on Saturday 7/12 to euthanize our 17yo dachshund after an unexpected seizure/ stroke earlier in the morning. They were nothing but sweet on the phone when I was frantically trying to call around to places who would be open and get price estimates. When we did arrive they immediately put us back in our own private room which I was very thankful for. They made an impossibly sad situation the very best. They gave as much time as we wanted to say goodbye & say our last goodbyes to our faithful old boy. They even gave us some mini milky ways and greenie treats to spoil him one last time. They offered to let us out the side door to the parking lot so we could go right to our car instead of through the lobby area. Thank you again for making our boy feel loved one last time before we had to let him go . I’ll always remember the kindness and compassion all your workers showed us that day.Rest easy Jack your little boy asks about you everyday. We all miss you so so much.
Jul 14, 2025 · Katie KelseyMy two dogs got hit by a car and I came here with my two best friends in my arms. Every single person I interacted with was full of heart and compassion. One of my babies passed away and they helped me take care of those details and say goodbye. My other baby was hospitalized here for 2 days. They gave great care, communicated well with me and spoiled my baby when I couldn’t. Grateful for great care during an absolutely horrific situation.
May 31, 2025 · Beth Grant WelldayMy sweet senior girl was sick, so I brought her here. After some testing, it was determined she was in kidney failure. We chose a path forward to push some fluids and see if she could rebound. They kept her for a few days until it was evident she wasn’t going to get any better. I was able to bring her home for two days before it became evident that it was her time. I went back to the office so she could cross the Rainbow Bridge. I cannot say enough about this amazing group of people. Every doctor, tech, and staff member were absolutely phenomenal. So kind and caring. They really wrapped us in love, and I so wish they also had a regular vet practice. Highly recommend. Thank you.
Jan 27, 2025 · Jennie PaxtonUnfortunately I lost my cat scout today, and I am SO beyond grateful for the tech, receptionist, and the veterinarian. These women are all amazing, compassionate, and understanding people. I cannot give these women enough praise. They were so attentive, urgent and descriptive in every step of the way. They kept me and my boyfriend informed in every possible way they could. THANK YOU.
Jul 14, 2025 · ripreiOur sweet dog had a terrible ear infection that could not wait until after the weekend to be seen. Every person in this office was kind professional and caring with us even though she is not a regular patient. We walked in on Mother’s Day Sunday morning at 9:15 am and had the best experience I’ve ever had in an urgent care veterinary situation. The front desk team, the doctor, and Henry the vet tech (who showed us how to clean her ears and properly administer the medication) were all excellent. On top of it all, we barely had to wait and the fee for services was very affordable. Thank you all so much for helping River, we are really grateful and will recommend your office to others!
