We had to recently come in on Saturday 7/12 to euthanize our 17yo dachshund after an unexpected seizure/ stroke earlier in the morning. They were nothing but sweet on the phone when I was frantically trying to call around to places who would be open and get price estimates. When we did arrive they immediately put us back in our own private room which I was very thankful for. They made an impossibly sad situation the very best. They gave as much time as we wanted to say goodbye & say our last goodbyes to our faithful old boy. They even gave us some mini milky ways and greenie treats to spoil him one last time. They offered to let us out the side door to the parking lot so we could go right to our car instead of through the lobby area. Thank you again for making our boy feel loved one last time before we had to let him go . I’ll always remember the kindness and compassion all your workers showed us that day.Rest easy Jack your little boy asks about you everyday. We all miss you so so much. - Katie Kelsey
