May 14, 2025 · Heather FortneyGreat experience! They got our dog in last minute and saved us a trip to Greensboro, and were extremely patient and thoughtful, despite seeing us on a busy day. They were cost aware while walking us through our options and followed up the next day just to check in. Went in for an urgent one off issue but would happily come back for regular care.
Mar 19, 2025 · Jay A GlassMy experience with Banfield isn't long, but it's been profound. My cat ate a bottle of pills a few days after my first visit with them. They were able to see us urgently, and they swiftly took the requisite labs to identify what was wrong. Their advice to hospitalize my cat was spot on, and they even called ahead to let the hospital know. When I stopped by later to pick up my dog from a dental cleaning, everybody checked in to see how he was doing. My experience with Banfield has been overwhelmingly positive, and I cannot recommend them enough!
Apr 05, 2025 · Maria WestromSo far so great! I had my first visit with Banfield on S Church St. in Burlington and it went very well. I have a Rottie mix bread and she a big girl and can be very intimidating. She’s only 17 month and loves people but people don’t always reciprocate. From the moment I entered the door the staff was very friendly and interactive with my girl. She was over the moon excited. I asked to get her nails trimmed and they were able to get that done without issue. I could her them cheering and telling her good job while she was in the back. This just means a lot to me because I know my girl looks for positive interactions with people. I got a follow up call the next to from Banfield to make sure she was doing okay. I really appreciate this gesture. Our pets are our family and it really nice to be able to take her to a vet that cares. ❤️
