The Veterinary Wellness Center Reviews
Dr. Hannah and her team are the absolute best! I have three dogs, two of which are super-seniors (13 and 15) and one of which is a puppy (15 months), all with crazy different needs. She approaches each dogs’ needs with individual care and consciousness and works with me to develop a care plan that aligns with my health goals for them, while meeting me with her vast knowledge of traditional veterinary methods and Chinese medicine techniques. My pets always end up feeling comfortable while there, and it doesn’t hurt that their facility is brand new, spacious, beautiful, bright, and inviting. The staff is very friendly and works to make sure the animals and humans are happy and get what we need. Her and her staff often go above and beyond. Highly recommend!!
Mar 12, 2024 · Brienna BoisvertI want to start by saying that I do not usually believe in leaving negative reviews, and I am a very understanding person. I had recently moved my pets to the Veterinary Wellness Center and really had a great experience with the people I had interacted. After expressing some concerns about the treatment my pet was receiving after multiple visits, I was shocked to be told (when I called them to ask a follow-up question) that they could no longer see my pet, and that the vet was not a fit for me, and that it was because of my comments questioning care. I understand that feedback can be difficult, but I was hoping for a conversation to address my worries, not to be dismissed as a client. The only interaction that I had concerns with was my most recent interaction I had with Dr. Masuma, where she was extremely rude, condescending, asked me why I was giving my cat a medication which was prescribed by THEIR practice, and even talked behind my back (which I heard through the exam room door). It's incredibly disappointing to be let go simply for trying to ensure my pet's well-being. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling unheard and unappreciated as a pet owner, and with no choice to move my business elsewhere. Especially since they would not have a conversation with me, after I asked what specific conversations they were referring to and specifically what I said that made them feel that way. I would have hoped for more professionalism and compassion, especially when discussing something as important as the care of my pet, and especially from a place that promotes the holistic view to the well-being of pets. I am not shocked they have good reviews, as I really had no issues until they determined they didn't want to do business with me. I just caution others to be careful when questioning treatments.
Feb 19, 2025 · Lauren KnowlesI cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wells and her entire staff for the care they provided to our senior dog, Harley. With every interaction we had, every single individual at VWC always went above and beyond to exude kindness and warmth. They are so knowledgable and truly care about every animal (and their families) who come through their doors. And, for the first time in his life, our dog began to love going to the vets. I only wish we found this office sooner.
Mar 01, 2025 · Jenaleigh FThe type of care and kindness that comes from Dr Wells and her staff is over the moon. As much as Dr. Wells cares about her animals she cares for the wellbeing of her staff as well. Especially in a high burnout job.It is not own by a big corporation, but by a family.Dr. Wells has helped and guided me and my animals for years and am entirely grateful for the outstanding care they have always received!
Dec 31, 2024 · L WilhouskyFirst visit and I love it here already! My dog has had mystery symptoms that have otherwise been treated ineffectively, and it was so refreshing to have a real conversation about health and solutions. I’m used to push back when I want anything other than standard western medicine, and having other options is incredible. I would highly recommend bringing your furry friend here!
