Thrive Pet Healthcare at Medford Reviews
I’ve been going to Doctor Looby now Thrive for 30 years. This was my first visit not having Doctor Maui as my vet and I was worried. When I walked in I was put at ease with a sweet welcome board up with my dog’s name and all the pets names coming in that day - such a great touch! Jonathan the vet tech could not have been kinder and Doctor Howard was great!! My pup usually has a hard time at the vet but he warmed up quickly thanks to Doctor Howard.I would definitely recommend!
Jan 15, 2025 · Kathleen WhalenDr. Howard was attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate with my cat (and his owner!). Thank you.Next cats - Mimi and Jack 2.0 aka Little Boywere equally treated!
Jun 12, 2025 · Leslie KramerOut of nowhere our 10 year old dog started to slow down. We started to fear the worst and wanted to get him checked to be sure we understood what was causing this. I called first thing on a Friday morning and Meaghan was able to get us a 9:30am appointment the same day with Dr. Howard. Dr. Howard was kind and thorough during the exam. We left expecting to hear updates after the weekend. Dr. Howard provided a quick update over the weekend which relieved our anxieties. Following the weekend I still had a few questions that were quickly answered. We have been going to the practice for ten years and had some bumps when it transitioned from Dr. Looby to Throve but it seems as though they really have figured it out. We are grateful for their quick attention to our dog’s needs and feel confident that when things arise in the future we will be in good hands with Dr. Howard, Dr. Trzcinski & the team.
Oct 29, 2024 · Donlyn CannellaI've happily come to this location for many years, but the change over to Thrive personnel looks total. All of the old vets have left, and most if not all of the support staff. Prices, even for wellness care, have skyrocketed. The new personnel aren't friendly and felt the need to argue with me about my observations of my pet. I won't be back.
Mar 05, 2025 · Carol BeckI was able to get an appointment within a few days of my call. My cat was seen promptly. The health issues that brought us for this visit were discussed and medication recommended. First, a blood test to make sure she could tolerate the meds.I received a call the next day with the results of the blood work..I plan to continue to have my cat treated at this clinic.
