★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Kara and the main doctor were absolutely awesome! I was able to get a same day appointment and I was in and out in around 30 minutes. The previous facilities I have been to have lacked regard for their customers time with little to no communication. This was an awesome change! The staff was patient and understanding to my frightened dog and handled her nerves with ease. I will definitely be returning here for any other needs my pets might have!!
July 07 · Lexi GhigoVery helpful and was able to get my dog seen the same day for an emergency! Staff was very nice and the dr was extremely helpful! Would recommend this vet to anyone!
April 12 · Jacquelyn JuhasHonestly I loved how they got my kitten in so fast cause I was worried about fleas, staff was very pleasant. Then my kitten got sick a week later, went in was quoted a $400 bill of things they recommended…. They called the next day to check on Kitten , and honestly no change so nothing to really report. I paid $200 of what they recommended. They wanted to do a fecal test that was $200 extra. I declined it because my cat was eating and drinking. Two days later my cat was not getting any better so I took it to the urgent care they did a fecal test and a blood test and gifted antibiotic shot with oral antibiotics all less than $300. I believe the people that work there are good people, but the company is just after money , PERIOD. No concern for animal or the parents.
July 10 · Chelsey MoralesI took a 6-week-old kitten to this vet today in an emergency. I was grateful they were able to fit me in on such short notice — I called around 2 PM and got an appointment for 4:30 PM. However, the kitten seemed to be getting worse, so I rushed over and arrived around 3 PM, hoping to be seen earlier. As soon as I arrived, the staff immediately took the kitten to the back, which I appreciated. Sadly, a short time later, they came to tell me he had passed away — that he was already struggling to breathe when I arrived and that he died the moment they got him to the back. The vet came to speak with me personally. She was very kind, apologized, and explained that there was nothing they could have done. They asked if I wanted to take his body home, which I did. They wrapped him in a towel and told me not to worry about returning it.While I appreciated their compassion in such a heartbreaking moment, I was still charged a little over $50. I had originally been quoted $107 over the phone, so while it was less, it still felt disheartening to be charged at all — especially after being told no treatment was done and that the vet did not even touch him. When I gently asked why, I was told, “Because the vet still looked at him.” I didn’t have the energy to argue while crying and holding the body of my kitten.Maybe it’s standard practice to charge in situations like this, but it felt very painful and discouraging at an already devastating time. I wish there had been a little more sensitivity about the bill under the circumstances, especially considering I was at the facility for less than 15 minutes, and he passed within 5 minutes of arriving.I am thankful for how quickly they tried to help him, but I do believe there should be some grace when a pet passes away before anything can even be done.
April 26 · TorrenceSr. Stephens, Meagan, Kara and Amanda are the BEST!! They are always able to accommodate my schedule and take care for my sweet girl, Austin. They love on her like she is their own...she is always happy to see them. We have been going to this location for a few years. I drive from Kyle to NB because I am always able to get an appt and know they will take such good care of her. SO MUCH LOVE for these people!!
