★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took my 2 rescue kittens here and the staff did a great job making them feel safe and getting them the care they needed! They’re now all up to date on shots as well as being spayed/neutered and they’re happy and healthy. Quality care at affordable prices. We had such a positive experience here!
April 17 · Sofia VegaAs much as I wanted to keep my five-star review, it's been over two weeks and at least three emails of me asking about dog registration. I got no response. What's peculiar is I paid for the three-year rabies shot for my dog, and when I got the paperwork, I wasn't even told that the tag was taped to the paperwork. It was just handed over after I paid. I circled back after walking a block, thinking I forgot it. That's when I was told to flip to the last page. I still thought everything was great and left happy. (I do think someone should've told me where the tag was though.)But then I took off my dog's tag to put on the new one and realized there was no sticker on the back. I wasn't quite sure whether it was my responsibility to contact the city for a sticker or was that included in the rabies shot cost. So I emailed. No response. Emailed again. No response. Oddly, the team reached out to approve a heartworm medication I needed, which was an email I sent AFTER the tag query. I left a voicemail. No response. I called. I was told someone would call me back. This is entirely too much trouble over a sticker. I logged into the City of Chicago site and just paid for the dog registration. I'm not going to keep contacting Tree House to ask them this question. It's peculiar because they usually answer so fast (at least within a couple of days). Why this question in particular is taking so long is weird. My dog has her vaccines and prescription, so I won't be back this year. Still, I wish I could've kept their five-star review.----------------Last year, I enjoyed my interaction with the onsite vet Isabelle Pajak. This time around, it was Lilly Johnson. Both of them are warm, friendly, patient with questions and my dog didn't put up a fuss around them. I patted myself on the back when Lilly complimented my dog's teeth. I try to make sure they're in good shape at all times. Great that she noticed. And my dog has the memory of an elephant. She was smitten with Natalie (vet assistant may be her title) last year, who leaned over to pet her and give her a treat. And she was on her hind legs within seconds of arriving this year, looking around and yelping. I thought she was upset because the treat jar was empty. Turns out she was looking for Natalie again, and yanked my arm when Natalie came through the hallway to greet me.Although I still don't understand why I can't come in the examination room when they give my dog the shots, I'm also the same person who hid my face in my shirt when my regular vet has done it in the past. (This place is much cheaper when it comes to shots and heartworm tests, so I go here for WAY more reasonable prices.) So I can't quite fuss over something I'm going to avert eye contact with anyway.I also like that the Customer Service replies (often Em or Natalie) read any queries in full and answer them directly. Too often, Customer Service responses read like FAQ copy-and-pastes, but these two actually read what I ask on the few occasions I've emailed them. And Tree House is very efficient and quick about running heartworm tests, approving prescriptions and responding to the third-party site that ships them. I compliment this place all the time.
June 19 · Shamontiel VaughnI can't say enough good things about Tree House! I recently brought my dog here for neutering and vaccinations, and the experience was exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making both me and my pup feel at ease. After the visit, my dog was happy and healthy, which speaks volumes about the care he received. They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure as well as the aftercare, which I truly appreciated. The facility was impeccably clean, and I’m thrilled to report that my pup has had no issues following his surgery. Plus, the prices for the vaccinations and surgery were very reasonable.I will absolutely be bringing my pup back to Tree House for any future needs! Highly recommend this place to any pet owner!
January 26 · DesiChangeExtremely disappointed with tree house vet center. Despite presenting a genuine case of a rescue cat in need, the staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and completely lacking in compassion. I expected an organization dedicated to animal welfare to be more understanding, but instead I was met with rigid responses and no real effort to help. It’s disheartening to see a rescue group turn away animals that truly need care. They may promote compassion, but unfortunately, I didn’t see any of it.
April 08 · Ifrah AbbasVery friendly and professional staff. I've had three cats spaded/neutered there and never had any issues. My cat was up and running around within 5 hours like it never happened. Same-day drop-off and pick-up so that you're loved one can recover in the comforter they're own home. Thank you Treehouse.
