★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The hospital overall was below expectations. The (only?) exam room was not very clean. There is no equipment in the room; not even a thermometer. They told me the it was broken so they couldn't take my pet's temperature. The "exam" didn;t even involve looking at my pet's rear for inspection. Not sure if they change out the exam table paper in between animals. The vet was okay but difficult to understand. Went there because they accepted insurance plan. Probably not returning.
August 21 · Ms.ThrifyDr. Bullar and his staff are exceptional!!! It has taken me over 20 years to find a vet that actually cares about my fur baby like she were his own. They entire staff is caring, compassionate and care more about your pets well-being then money..unlike most places I have been to. I can't thank you all enough for all that you have done for my baby. Lola loves you and so do I!!
December 03 · Jamie PerreiraPlease do not go here. This place needs to be looked into. I will never forget going with my cat and the room they took me and my cat in was filthy the towel they used for my cat was dirty with cat hair and animal smells. They also tried to send me home with syringe to stick into my cat’s penis (I have no medical training) but they wanted me to get his urine! I will never forget me arguing with them also to even go back there with my cat in the first place. I hope this place gets inspected regularly
July 22 · Taylor SotoVet that looked at my cat did not do proper care. My cat had crystals in his bladder unknown to us, we thought it was a UTI and this doctor did not inform that cats don’t get UTIs often and that crystals are more likely. And that crystals are life threatening/urgent. He also felt how abnormally big his bladder is, and did not stress that it was urgent. Point is, he didn’t do his job properly and check my cat properly to try to figure out what’s wrong. Went to another vet for emergency and she IMMEDIATELY figured it out because she knew crystals were more likely, she knew stress was the cause too because she actually did her job and asked questions. And unfortunately my cat had to be put down (which is not this vets fault) but I am NOT okay with how they handled my cat’s situation. If this vet actually checked my cat properly, he could have come to the conclusion that the other vet did and refer us to someone who can find out if he has crystals, he should have informed us it was urgent. It’s his job to know these things. Instead he prescribed antibiotics that obviously didn’t help, giving us false hope and LET MY CAT GO BACK HOME. Wanted to do a urinary test that would have cost a lot of money, that would not help either. AND my cat would have been dead anyway by the time the results came back. Absolutely do not recommend this veterinary clinic
May 08 · Jordyn Kusumoto-PerezThank you to Dr. Ishan and all the other vet tech’s and staff for taking such good attentive care of my dog Dobby! He had to get some dental work done which is always a stressful procedure but they made my dog and me feel super comfortable throughout the process and always was so attentive to every detail I told them and never made me feel like anything was ever overlooked. For Dobbys dental work it was a very reasonable price, dental was super pricey everywhere else but here so if you’re looking to take care of your pet at a good price with good people this is the place to go!
