Valley Veterinary Hospital Reviews
Absolutely love this place for my puppy. She's an extremely anxious puppy, but man do the staff treat my little fur baby like family and it eases it so much for her. The doctor is such a sweet, professional woman! The team, the staff, the professionalism, the service is impeccable:) Much love for this office. I am further away, but it is worth the drive
Apr 12, 2025 · Odalys BezaWhen I found this veterinarian hospital I was next door at med one picking up medication. I had rescued a bird. It was a starling but I didn't know it at the time because I was the first thing she saw and she had just hatched and she opened her eyes to me. She was my baby but as she grew she got an infection in her little nail and it wouldn't grow and it was all swollen and I was afraid to take her anywhere because she was a wild bird but I couldn't leave her like that. So I walked over to their office and asked the veterinarian there. What could I do and right there on the spot she handed me the medicine for free told me what to do. I'd never met her before in my life and she just offered it to me and it healed willows little claw and it grew back. But that kindness was something you don't see very often in this world anymore and it just blew me back that I knew it was like love at first sight that this was a good place and when I did go back with my other animals, they are so thoughtful of the animals, feelings, making sure they are distracted with treats when they're getting shots and they just think of everything. They really are wonderful people and really do care about the animals they are caring for so I tell everyone to go here. I preach it! What that veterinarian did for me that day was unexpected and very kind and I would repaid them a thousand times over! So thank you!! I will never forgot what you guys did for my baby bird and I have tried to pay it forward as much as I can! My baby bird meant the world to me and still does!
Apr 23, 2025 · Maura GWe don’t usually do reviews but this place needs to be recognized for their amazing staff. We found this vet after many phone calls regarding our dachshund Frank, he was really sick and they were willing to see him quickly. It breaks our hearts to say that Frank is no longer with us, but the staff here was amazing through the whole process and gave us plenty of time to be with him and say our goodbyes. It hurts so badly to not have Frank with us but it was a comfort knowing that the staff here did what they could do to help and comfort him and didn’t treat him like some animal, they treated him like we treated him. We are very grateful and appreciative of the staff here and we can not thank them enough. They went above and beyond to help him and us.
