VCA Dudley Avenue Animal Hospital Reviews
They treat my dog like she is their own! The doctor called me every day for several days after my dog had to emergently be seen with pancreatitis. They are awesome!!! All of the staff are kind, caring, and compassionate! I am so glad I found this place!
May 09, 2025 · Brandy SandersMy little buddy has had a difficult time since our move and I was afraid he was sick, so I had to make a last minute appointment. They were able to make an appointment within a couple days of me calling. Let me say- from the moment I called them, to my appointment, they were the kindest, most patient and compassionate vet I’ve dealt with in a long time. They took their time explaining to me what could be wrong with my baby boy and answered any and all questions I had without making me feel as though I was rushed. Upon my call, I had explained that I was very low on funds and they were willing to work with me financially. They all loved my Bub, gave him all the pets and attention, and he definitely loved every minute of it! They even sent us home with a BIG baggie of treats which Bub has absolutely loved. They let me have a say in his treatment options and went over every option with me to find what would work out best for not only my pet, but my current financial situation. Now I know that places like this can be expensive, but know that you’re spending your money WISELY if you choose this place. They showed compassion, love, and genuine concern for my baby and that will never be forgotten. ❤️ I even attached a picture of Bub because they all loved him so much! We will definitely be back
Sep 22, 2024 · K. RichardsMisdiagnosed my dog. My dog ended up at the emergency vet. Office manager called me wanted me to bring my dog back in for diagnostics that vet didn't order but she did. Like that is lawful. Besides the doctor didn't care to do them while my dog was there. Doctor (vet) was consending, rude and disrespectful. She acted like I didn't know anything and was uneducated. I have been a nurse 33 years and I have 5 degrees. And obviously, my medical skills were more relevant than her formal education when it came to my dog. She charged me for an office visit.for.me to take her.abuse and misdiagnoses. And I did take her abuse. And I did pay the bill. Because that is what civilized people do. She needs to be educated on manners and ethics. Not all people have the opportunity to education. but by all means, they aren't stupid. They deserve respect. And they came for to you out of respect. I have no need for this veterinarian.
