★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I've been taking my male cat here for about 3 years I've had no problems. I got a new cat took her in for a wellness check and to make sure the cat was okay I told the vet my concerns I've only had the cat for less than a week I let the vet know that she was found on the streets and was having ear problems she gives me flea and tick medicine and says this will take care of mites. I mentioned to her that when I first brought my male cat in a different vet gave me ear drops for ear mites and it cleared up. Fast forward this vet said the medicine they give you for flee and ticks she said that will work for mites and it will clear it up. I did question her about that but again things change all the time so I thought they created a new medicine. My new cat got her shots, flea and tick medicine and other medicine the vet said I needed. I paid the $400.00. Took my cat home and 7 days later I'm back at the vet because my poor little cat is crying because her ears are infected. The same vet checks her ears and says she has an infection! My question is why didn't she tell me that when I brought her in the first time. So when she says your cat got a ear infection my husband questioned her and she got a little rude with him. All he wanted to know is why she didn't catch it the first time. Again fast forward this vet gave us her diagnosis again trying to tell us our cat needs all this medicine that really was not needed. After talking to my relative veterinarian in another state she said that medicine was not needed. Anyway this time they charged me $280.00 so within 7 days I spent almost $700.00 dollars. Why was I charged for the second visit when it should have been caught the first time. Now she wants me to come back in 2 weeks then to come back in a month for the second part of the shot that supposably she needs. I'm really disappointed with this vet. I refuse to be taking advantage of.. THE OFFICE VISIT ALONE WAS $87.00! I truly love my animals and will find another place to take my babies Watch out for this veterinarian I felt like she only cared about how much money she could get from me and didn't care about my cats! - Orie is a handful at times. A 105lb. handful. Vet was very cool and assistants very nice. August 20 · Brian Slaughter
- It’s ok. Be prepared to wait. I have never had an appointment here start on time. Today for my 10AM we finally went back at 10:28AM. We got there early thinking they would get us in on time. I should have known better. I have never had them start an appointment on time. BUT the doctors do seem to care about the animals and the prices are good. To get my dog updated on all her shots it was over $100 but that’s pretty good compared to what you would pay in Overland Park. We keep going back because the prices are right. The location can use a lot of updating but for the right price it’s worth it. July 06 · Princess GingerSnapp
- Took Mr. pickles to have his first check up. He passed with flying colors. He came back purring and playing so I know that he was well taken care of and treated him kindly. Thank you guys and ladies from me and Mr. Pickles. November 03 · Frederick Slezak
- We've been using this place for years. They've been very helpful, very thoughtful and very considerate of our animals and us. They've also been very understanding when we've had to put one down June 12 · Clytha Wakefield
