Vetco Vaccination Clinic Introduce
For pet owners in the bustling city of Seattle, Washington, finding accessible, affordable, and reliable veterinary care is a key part of responsible pet ownership. The Vetco Vaccination Clinic, located inside the Petco on Northgate Way, offers a streamlined approach to essential pet health services. This clinic specializes in providing preventative care, focusing primarily on vaccinations, microchipping, and parasite control. This model is designed to make crucial health services more convenient and affordable for pet owners. Instead of a full-service animal hospital, Vetco operates as a focused clinic where licensed veterinarians and staff are on-site to address fundamental health needs without the high costs often associated with a full veterinary exam. This approach makes it easier for Seattle residents to keep their dogs and cats up-to-date on necessary shots and preventative treatments, ensuring their furry family members are protected from common diseases and parasites. The clinic is a valuable resource for maintaining your pet’s baseline health without an appointment-heavy and costly traditional veterinary experience.
The clinic's mission is centered on convenience and accessibility. They understand that not every pet visit requires a comprehensive check-up and that some pet owners are looking for a straightforward, efficient way to get their pet's core vaccinations and preventative treatments. This efficiency is highlighted by one customer review who stated that the staff is "very friendly" and the "Vet was very good at her job." However, it is important to note that the clinic model, which focuses on speed and specific services, may not be the right fit for every pet, as one negative review points out. In that case, the owner of a scared cat found the experience difficult, highlighting a situation where a pet's individual temperament can be a challenge within a fast-paced clinic setting. The positive feedback, however, shows that for many people seeking specific services like vaccinations, the clinic provides a professional and friendly experience. This dual perspective is important for potential clients to consider when deciding if Vetco is the right fit for their pet’s specific needs and personality.
The Vetco Vaccination Clinic is located at 318 NE Northgate Way, Seattle, WA 98125, USA. For those with mobility needs, the facility offers a wheelchair accessible entrance, a wheelchair accessible parking lot, and a wheelchair accessible restroom, ensuring that everyone can comfortably access the services. While the clinic is primarily designed for quick services, appointments are recommended to ensure a smooth and efficient visit, reducing potential wait times and allowing the staff to prepare for your pet's needs. Vetco Vaccination Clinic Reviews
The staff are very friendly, the Vet was very good at her job.
August 06 · dina straitThese were the most unprofessional vets I have ever been to. My cat needed ONE shot! My cat is 7.5 pounds, she is a typical cat, she was not aggressive, she was scared, but when the vet tried to vaccinate her 5 times 5 TIMES !!!!!! She naturally started hissing and trying to run away. The result of my wasted time was that they gave her half a dose of vaccine and blamed it on it being impossible to vaccinate my 7 year old cat (other vets have somehow done it before!). Here is my accusation: learn how to vaccinate in less than 5 triesUpdate: this stupid doctor made a note so that my cat would not be accepted any Vetco without gabapentin! Disgusting attitude towards animals and clients
March 15 · Татьяна ЕвтодьеваGreat customer service! I absolutely love the Vetco team! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and always kind and patient with any questions I may have.
November 17 · Sheena StumpTried to take my cat in for a vaccination. First, they were over 30 minutes late for the appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early (like they asked), and waited... and waited... with an increasingly unhappy cat in my car. Then they had 7-minute appointments for the actual vaccination. I was not allowed in but could look in through glass. They did tell me that they would not vaccinate if he was difficult to handle. Well, he was unhappy after being in the car & waiting room for 40+ minutes, and he was about to get pricked by a needle by 3 complete strangers. Of course he wasn't happy. He hissed at them multiple times, and that was enough for Vetco to decide my pet was "difficult to handle" and I'd have to go to a real vet for the vaccination. So I waited about an hour total for no vaccination, because my cat hissed in a stressful situtation (which Vetco aggravated by being very late). At least I didn't pay for no service? Not only am I never going to Vetco again, I'm never going to Petco again.
March 13 · Jeff FrizzellComprehensive and well stocked. I’m a happy camper. Good prices and sales!
