Aurora Veterinary Hospital Reviews
Dr Bernstein is the best. I don’t know what we will do if he ever retires. They are so busy so it’s hard to get an immediate appointment but we just went for our annual exam and it was great from start to finish. The front office is really great and I was seen within five minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Bernstein is really patient and he spends enough time with you and your pup. It doesn’t feel rushed at all. I don’t have a car, so I have to spend a small fortune on Lyfts to get to the clinic but it’s totally worth it.
Jul 04, 2025 · Debbie CohenI’ve been going to Aurora vet since I was 10 years old with all my pets. I would use my babysitting money to pay for my dogs and cats shots. So 55 years later, I’m still with the same vet hospital with various doctors over the years. Dr. Robertson for many years and then had Dr. Laura, but when she left, I went with Doctor Lisa and in between Dr. Bernstein,so I will continue with him with my current dog. Love the staff they’re always so friendly and of course I’ve been through a lot of them and Scott for way over 35 years but he’s retired now.Great care with Eight dogs and nine cats over 55 years. So I think that means Cooper and I like this veterinarian hospital.Mom Peggy and Cooper
Apr 23, 2025 · peggy schorschAurora was recommended to us by a close family friend, and our experience so far has been amazing. We recently got an eight-week-old puppy, and at our first appointment, Dr. Bernstein and the entire staff were fantastic. Although we were initially hesitant about the distance from Magnolia, we’re so glad we made the trip—this clinic is truly the best!
Feb 01, 2025 · Justin O'NeillI had a nice experience here today. I have always found the staff and vets to be kind, but there is a new office manager who seems to be especially competent, knowledgeable, and kind. I was actually late for my appointment (work conflict) with the vet tech for vaccinations and was fully prepared to reschedule. Instead I was welcomed in and my dog and I were treated like family. I had actually considered finding a new vet since Dr. Lisa left and it can take awhile to get an appointment, but after my experience I’m going to give them another try.
Jun 24, 2025 · Jolene HI have a reactive rescue dog - the staff at Aurora Vet have always been calm, kind & understanding. Dr. Newton is the absolute best. I drive from just under an hour away to bring my dog there for care because they are that good.
