VCA Crown Hill Animal Hospital Reviews
Everyone who works at the Crown Hill VCA is wonderful. They took good care of my cat Cora when she was found to have breast cancer; she lived a year and a half after being diagnosed. They are presently taking care of my cat, Trixie, who has kidney disease. I always trust them to do the best thing for my cats. They care very much for the animals they treat. I’m very lucky to have them.
Jun 12, 2025 · Amy HinesI’ve been going to VCA Crown Hill for over a decade. They were amazing with my senior cats and incredibly supportive as they neared end of life. They are nonjudgmental and acknowledge how hard medical decisions can be. They are equally great with my kittens and my many questions and scheduling needs. The front desk staff are incredible - always kind and helpful even when they are clearly swamped. The technicians are kind and patient and the doctors give you personal attention despite a heavy case load. Also highly recommend the care club wellness plan. The savings is great, the random perks are a bonus, and access to the 24/7 medical support is a great benefit. Can’t recommend this animal hospital enough!
Nov 17, 2024 · Becca PolglaseEveryone I met here is so professional and kind! The doctors/vet tech always listen very carefully to history and I feel like they genuinely care about the animals. They tried very hard to see my cat as soon as possible when he showed emergency eye symptoms, and explained the diagnosis to us very clearly. As a new cat parent I’m very grateful for the level of care and support I get during every visit!
Oct 05, 2024 · Jasmine ZhouOur whole experience at VCA was wonderful. We came in at a heart breaking time with our ailing elderly dog who’s been in severe pain for the past few weeks. We were expecting the worst, especially based on the lack of viable options and poor communication and service we got from another local vet. We found Dr. Darley to be highly compassionate, competent, honest, and a great communicator. She listened intently and took the time to explain things to us. (And she didn’t try to upsell a bunch of invasive and expensive tests like our other vet did.) All of the staff were also terrific and they even followed up with me the next day. We feel relieved that our little furry one is out of pain for now, and acting more like his happy, active self again. We’re grateful that he’s able to enjoy some quality of life and that we have more time to be with him while we adjust to his current reality. Thank you, VCA.
Jan 04, 2025 · Nancy MartinI've brought my two kittens here twice. The first time I brought them in was with Jessica Mintz. The second time was for some scabs my cats had and we saw Melissa Weir. Both were knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and kind. What I appreciated about them and their assistants Alison and Megan is that they were all very gentle and patient with our cats. They took their time with us and helped us with any questions we had.Another thing I very much appreciate is that they after our visit they have called us twice following up to see how our cats are doing. I wasn't expecting this and I appreciate it.I've had bad experiences before with other vets being rude and too rough so I'm very glad to have found this place.
