★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been coming to Pacific Paws formally known as Greenwood animal Hospital for give or take 20 years now. Three dogs and a lot of very memorable experiences with the staff and the doctors. I’ve had some painful moments as we all do with our pets from time to time and they have always been Genuinely supportive, Very kind and outgoing people. Although the staff has changed from 20 years ago the love hasn’t, I still enjoy the positive vibes and love I get from everybody when I come.Every single procedure that one of my dogs has had at Pacific Paws has gone flawlessly with zero complications. I completely trust them and their abilities.I would never take my sweet girl Billie dog anywhere else. Thank you all for being there for me through the years. You guys mean the world to me and I do mean that from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
June 24 · Charles CowanI cannot begin to explain how much I love this place. Seattle is full of a lot of business first practices, crazy hidden fees and a lot of intentional deceit. When my kiddo mentioned this place they'd seen on Aurora that was new, my first favorite thing was that they have an option to text them. As an proper millennial, the phone anxiety is real, but they are great with the texts. They were able to see us urgently and quoted prices that were kind of unbelievable. They were calm and dealt with my ADHD & Anxiety amazingly. When the first estimate was kind of hard to process they almost immediately came up with a second option. Though, then a few minutes later a few people came and were like "look we need to do the big thing not the small thing bc you'll be doing this again if we don't do it right" Not in a predatory or salespitch way but straight up "this is whats best for the cat, and also your finances but mostly the cat"And when I expressed more financial anxiety, they went above and beyond to help us and help the cat. I had been waiting to go to the free vet clinic in a week at Ballard Food Bank (shout out! they're awesome, check their schedule for what services are offered) but when the cat let me know it was more urgent, I could not be more grateful this place made its way here. It's in the building that used to host Vern Fonk and Jazzercise (the Charleena Lyles corner #sayhername) on 103 & Aurora Ave N, on the SB side. We will be back for continued health as I think this is the first positive experience we've had with Seattle vets. (x/posting to a few r/seattle subs, apologies if you see duplicates)tl;dr? They care about the animal and it shows. Also this is going to be the super funny part where the vet finds out my nickname is the same as the cats name.
August 29 · Ryn PicklesI had all of my precious angels (pets) examined and cared for here, and I couldn't be more pleased! 😇🐾 The staff and doctors are absolutely wonderful. 🩺❤️ They took the time to thoroughly assess each of my pets and provided exceptional care. 🐶🐱 I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for compassionate, professional veterinary services. 🙌 The entire team truly makes you feel like part of the family, and I’m confident your pets will be in great hands! 👏🐾
March 31 · Guadalupe Moreno FloresPacific Paws impressed us with their professionalism and clear upfront communication. No surprise bills, just excellent care. We truly appreciate the team's honesty and transparency throughout the visit. Our pooch was well taken care of and recovered within a couple of days with their immense love and care. :)
June 16 · Prashank RastogiI took my dog here for a regular check-up, and I’m so glad I did! My pup tends to get nervous, but the friendly and gentle staff made him feel comfortable right away. The vet was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. The bill was also very reasonable. Even though it’s quite a distance from where I live, I don’t mind traveling for quality care like this. I’ll definitely be coming back for future check-ups. Overall, a really pleasant experience!
