★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can’t thank this animal hospital enough for the incredible care they gave my sweet Theo today. From the moment we walked in, they treated both of us like family. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and deeply compassionate—not just toward Theo, but toward me as well. They truly cared for him as if he were their own, and I could feel how much love and effort they put into saving my baby. Their thoughtfulness, professionalism, and genuine hearts made all the difference. I’ll forever be grateful for what they did for us.
July 05 · Abigail MolinaI cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful staff. We recently had to say goodbye to our senior dog and the techs were so caring and kind to me and my heartbroken daughters throughout the process. They made an absolutely devastating time run smoothly for us and treated our boy with such great care before he passed. I cannot recommend them enough. A big thank you to the staff.
August 21 · Laura StanfordVEG is the only place that we as a rescue take our pups when an emergency arrises. The teams are great, veterinarians are compassionate and honest, and the atmosphere allowing you to stay with your pet is unmatched. Truly the best of the best!
May 26 · North Texas Australian Shepherd RescueWe are so grateful for the team at Midlothian ER Vet!!! We took our dog in for concerning blood work after our local vet was unable to do further testing and the entire team worked relentlessly to find answers and a diagnosis for our baby. Our dog ended up being admitted for two days and the entire time they had excellent communication, even sending us pictures each day with a thoughtful text. We worked with at least 4 different doctors and many of the vet techs and each person was so kind and gentle in a time of high stress and unknowns for us. They sat with us in our sadness and confusion and rallied around us as we waited on some of the scarier test results to come back. They ran every test and scan that was possible and always kept us informed about results, their current thoughts on diagnosis, treatment plans and the pricing of it all. We are so appreciative of the entire team and we firmly believe they saved our boys life. We recommend them to everyone in need of emergency services or more advanced diagnostic testing! Their pricing is also VERY reasonable for an emergency services provider.
August 17 · Allison JanigaThe care which my kitty, Patches, had at the Veterinary ER in Midlothian were more than I ever imagined. Patches had to be put down because of a genetic kidney disease. She was suffering intensely, and the care she and I received was wonderful. She was only 8 years old, and was the best companion kitty I've ever had. My heart is broken, and she is buried in my yard where I can see her little grave daily.
