- Puppy & Kitten Care
Your puppy or kitten visit will include a full “nose-to-tail” physical examination. We will look for any signs of illness and make sure that your new pet is in good health. We will also recommend a vaccine schedule and the best plan for parasite testing, treatment, and prevention.

Regular wellness visits are important for every stage of your pet’s life, so don’t forget to keep your senior pet’s scheduled wellness appointments. Even if your senior pet is already being treated for a medical condition, treatment recommendations can change as a condition progresses.
- Spay & Neuter
Spaying or neutering your young, healthy pet will reduce certain infections and cancers that could occur. This is a major surgery, but fortunately, modern gas anesthetics and monitoring equipment allow a healthy pet to be anesthetized for the 30 to 40-minute operation with minimal risk
- Surgical Appointment

We provide many diagnostic procedures such as blood work, urinalysis, cultures, cytologies, biopsies, endoscopies, and fecal testing in-house and send out labs. We work with Minnesota Mobile Veterinary Internal Medicine to give you board-certified ultrasound and endoscopy services.

- Veterinary Orthopedic Surgery
We are proud to offer orthopedic surgical procedures through Twin Cities Veterinary Surgeons, a group of board-certified Orthopedic Surgeons who work within our clinic, on injuries and conditions to soft tissue areas of your pet’s body.
- Veterinary Soft Tissue Surgery
Probably the most common soft tissue surgery performed at our clinic is the removal of masses or lumps on animals. Lacerations are also common in pets and suturing will reduce the chance of infection, improve healing time, and reduce scarring.

June 02 · Heather AlderinkSince 2009, we’ve had 5 dogs as patients at Village, and the treatment they’ve received has been wonderful in every way. Four of them have been “easy,” but one rescue dog with an unknown early life and subsequent mental/emotional issues has been a real PITA for them, needing muzzling, having explosive diarrhea etc.—yet he’s always been treated with care and compassion (as are we!). Just wonderful people here, vets and techs and front desk.Vet care is expensive everywhere, and it’s risen in cost dramatically in the last few years, but I’ve always felt the charges here were fair. Everything is well-documented and printed out clearly.I wish I could have my OWN healthcare here!
July 17 · Maria JetteEveryone was welcoming and genuinely glad we were there. Dr. Morgan was wonderful and clearly LOVES animals! She and the vet techs made our dog Daisy feel comfortable and safe. Before we even got her, I called a couple times to understand the process for a new puppy and Amber patiently walked me through everything I needed to know. Village Animal Hospital was highly recommended to us and we'll bring Daisy here for all her vet check-ups.
April 07 · Keely HerronThe staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. We always receive the best care and treatment for our pets.
July 29 · Julie HillerThey are quick to respond to my worries about my dog and kitten. My rescue have the worst anxiety and fear nail trims and Morgan is the only person he will let near him and trim his nails. They are super friendly and always welcoming. My kitten had some issues but the staff took such great care and comfort me. We love Village animal!
