★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I found a stray pitbull while in Augusta for work and brought him in to be checked out. He was not a friendly guy at all to the staff or to Dr. Vann and he said alot of ugly words to them. Everyone there took it all in stride and handled Bear wonderfully. They did not get rough with him or get scared by all his growling and ugly ways. By far, the staff and Dr. Vann handled him amazingly. We have since made it home to LA and Bear has seen our local vet but Dr. Vann and staff managed Bear better than any other vet he has seen. If we lived in Augusta, we would definitely be using Walton Way for all our vet care needs. I cannot say enough great things about them.
September 01 · LexiDr. Vann is the only person I trust with my fur babies! She and Charlie have always done a phenomenal job and our animals love going to see them! Prices are very reasonable and you can always count on them to have your animal’s best interest in mind!!!
May 06 · Christina DickinsonI was told to bring my dog back for a follow-up appointment after an ear exam and receiving medication. At no point was I informed that I would be charged for another exam during this visit. It wasn’t until after my dog was seen that I was told I owed nearly $100 for another ear exam. This lack of upfront communication is extremely misleading. To make matters worse, I was told the issue was due to a "miscommunication" to shift the blame to my mother who was there while I was at work. That is unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency about costs before services are rendered. This feels like a clear example of deceitful business practices.
August 04 · Edward JusticeDr. Vann and everyone at WWVC is amazing! We have been going there for 10 years now and I am so thankful to have such a great place to take our pets. Neutering, surgery for happy tail, cancer diagnosis, euthanasia, mitral valve disease, arthritis- we’ve been through a lot with both cats and dogs and have always been so appreciative of the kindness and compassion we’ve experienced here. I would recommend them to anyone!
July 11 · Tori LineberryI was having an emergency with a cat something had attacked. I was so upset, couldn't find another office to see my cat they were all booked. I had never been to this office before. They told me i could come right in. They were the best. My heart was broken over having to put the kitty to sleep. Everyone and Dr. Vann made this as painless as possible for me and the cat. I would recommend this office to anyone. Im sure i will use this office in the future. A few days later i received a sympathy card in the mail that everyone in that office signed. That was so sweet. Such a nice caring veterinarian. Thank you all so much.
