★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I brought a stray cat here that was hit by a car minutes before. It was gasping for air and bleeding out of mouth. I caught the asst who was outside getting a dog from car (made me think you couldn’t go in still) and asked if the office could help, said I would pay to have it euthanized because I was sure he was in pain. She looked frazzled and understandably so, the front office seemed busy and disorganized. The asst continued to care for the happy healthy dog in the waiting room for awhile instead of the more dire situation, or at least notifying someone else of the situation. She didn’t really communicate with me at all. Seemed like they didn’t care.. so I left and went to best friends down the road and they immediately helped and were very nice. The cat crossed the rainbow bridge in more peace. Wouldn’t return here.
August 05 · Melissa JoannWe moved here about two years ago and the first thing I wanted to do was find a vet I loved as much as our last vet. I scoured through review after review and ended up going to North Augusta Animal Hospital. The first appointment we had, we let them know our dog does best if one of us was with her and they were so quick to help us and her our and let us go in, although they weren’t generally doing this at the time. The techs were so kind and showered my pup with treats and pets and kindness, letting her feel more comfortable with them. She gets very nervous in situations such as these, but she is more at ease here than at any other vet we have ever gone to. This is the absolute best vet in our area. Not only are they affordable and so insightful, they are unbelievably kind and gentle. Always want to make the pets the most comfortable they can be and are incredibly reassuring and helpful. I will never go to another vet.
April 04 · Kyla BriegeThe staff was polite and courteous, Dr. Jamie was quite thorough and assuring. We would go back if needed and recommend Her services to anyone in need. 🐱🐱🐱
April 01 · Ed RockwellDr. Jamie is the best!!! That staff is awesome!! They have been taking care of my family for years and their overall care and knowledge is unmatched.
April 05 · Jennifer GriffinEmily the receptionist and Taylor the lead receptionist were beyond rude as I called to get my dog an appointment for a rabies shot. This could not be completed because there was no customer service skills. It was an awful phone call and I will take my service else where. I do not recommend this place unless you like to deal with rude girls who think they do need to do their simple job which is answer phone and schedule an appointment. Seriously deserves a zero. I asked to speak to manager they gave me the email which is probably the email they answer but then again I am assuming and I will email them.
