If I could give 0 stars I would. We brought my puppy in who had quit breathing and unfortunately she did not make it. The first person that came in to tell us that there was nothing they could do was very kind brought my puppy in and let me hold her and told us to take as much time as I needed. The 2nd person came in to tell me that if I wanted cremation services I would have to pay upfront because we weren’t active patients. Because there were shelves full of remains of other pets that people had not picked up. While I was holding my dead puppy who had just passed less than 10 ish mins before. I told him to leave and get someone else. He refused and continued to argue with me. I asked my husband to handle it. He looked at my husband and said can we talk outside. My husband told him no, and to go get someone else. He still refused. The most disrespectful and uncompassionate person I have ever met. I was truly not trying to be a Karen. But who says something like that to someone who just lost their pet. I took my puppy to the closest vet I could get to get help and that’s how they chose to handle it?

Amazing customer service from the front desk staff! Unfortunately my dog woke up with some eye issues, so I called hoping to get an appointment today. I was told they were booked up but I could drop him off and they would make it work! They had him all ready and fixed up within a few hours. You can tell the front desk staff really cares about everyone’s animals. The prices are great too!

Westside Vet is so caring and nice. I’ve been taking my dog Topaz there for years. I have a new puppy named Knox and they’re so good to him and they always return calls. Dr. Hill is so sweet and professional. I’d recommend anyone to this place.

Got sick doggy that I'm sitting for a week, she has gotten sick and they would not look at her,told me to take her to the emergency vet ,but there not open during the day.the women receptionists clap her hands together and talked down to me,all I was asking is to do a quick check to see if it was serious .but I found out real fast that wasn't happening .would never recommend this place to anybody.oh by the way was not a regular visitor there, just wanted the dog looked at, she had 2 hard nights.
