★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can't say enough how very thankful I am for everyone at Bailey Small Animal hospital! They saved our sweet little Magnolias life! She was first seen in January we just had a follow up appointment in May all her labs were great! Everyone is compassionate, caring, knowledgeable beyond compare.
May 09 · Susan RobinsonOur French Bulldog, Ms. Rivers, got her BOAS and her spay done here, and everything was phenomenal! Dr. Tillson, Dr. Kerby, Ashley, and Molly were the most wonderful care team we could have asked for. Ashley did wonderful at keeping us updated with Ms. Rivers and was very knowledgeable. Dr. Tillson and Dr. Kerby were EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the procedure and answered all of our questions. Molly was wonderful at keeping us calm and making us laugh in stressful moments. They were all super caring about our girl and we were so thankful we chose this hospital to do everything.🩷
August 29 · Kayla PaigeI would not recommend this hospital if your dog is in critical condition, maybe they have saved some dogs but I don’t know what they did to him exactly all he had done was X-rays and bloodwork but when he came out he was the most distraught I’ve ever seen him! All he did was whine all the way home at home until midnight and did not get better they said all that they could find was arthritis and a disc maybe pinching his nerve in his back bc they couldn’t get him an mri bc their machine was not working… I just feel like personally if all he got done was x-rays and bloodwork he should not have came out of that The way he did biting us and acting traumatized because of a syringe.. it would have been nice to get some kind of callback or something because I tried for two days straight and they kept saying they was an emergency and sending Me to voicemail I even left a few voicemails Then I even left a message with the person that claimed she was gonna get to the doctor and leave her a message to call me back. I still have yet to get a call back and now he is gone.
April 04 · Rochelleee IvesterMy baby girl got fixed and had her stomach pinned here. They definitely know what they are doing. It was a good experience from the moment we walked through the doors. I was impressed that they called numerous times to let us know how she was. The level of professionalism and courtesy are unmatched
October 08 · Jason ChittumThe surgeon who cared for our sweet dog was kind, straight forward, and honest. Yet he handled what could be difficult news with compassion. The vets that handled our sweet puppy seemed cold. From the moment he arrived, they emphasized euthanizing him. He was very sick and struggling and we knew that. We knew his chances were slim but we felt we had to give him a chance through surgery. We wanted to bring him home and asked if we could keep him comfortable so our local vet could come to our home and put him to sleep in his space. We were quickly told he could not be kept comfortable and we needed to euthanize him there. Outside of the surgeon, the entire experience felt cold and lacked compassion for our sweet pet that was dearly loved by his family. I understand the need to take care of finances, I have been a business owner myself. But we had to settle our bill before he was euthanized. It just felt cold and uncaring. And the worst part was when he was administered the sedative, he yelped from pain. I thought the process was supposed to be painless. Then he closed his little eyes. The last thing he knew was pain. That topped off our experience with a feeling that we betrayed him. It may sound silly, but that's how much we love and care for our animals. I hate that his last 24 hours were spent in what felt like an uncaring environment. And we thought we were getting him the best of care.
