★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I recommend coming here 100%. Melissa is wonderful, and great with follow-up! I had almost all of my questions answered. The few I still had lingering, she answered for me within the next couple of weeks over the phone. It's very comforting to know my baby is in good hands and to finally have some peace of mind! This is a vet that definitely will make you feel heard. November 28 · Michelle Cox
- Melissa is an amazing, kind person and vet. She goes above and beyond to help you and your fur babies. I should have always been bringing my fur babies to her. Everything that I have been told about her pretty much my whole life is absolutely true she is amazing July 21 · Hilary Grayson
- A dog randomly showed up at my farmhouse and I had no clue what to do. I brought him to this clinic and they were nothing but kind and welcoming. No questions, no judgment, just really good people who clearly care about animals. They treated the dog like he already belonged to someone and made the whole thing feel a lot less stressful. Super friendly staff and just an all-around great vibe. Definitely the kind of place you want to take your animals if you want them treated right. June 29 · TransAmStan 666
- Melissa is a wonderful vet, I love that my animals love going to her and love the care she gives them. I have used her for 7+ years and never thought about going to another vet. She is family owned and very trust worthy. You can tell she cares about them. June 07 · Kristin Wilson
- This vet is actually the worst vet I have ever been to. I have a 6 lb 4 month old mini golden doodle, sweetest dog, she has never gotten aggressive or uncompliant. I was originally going to healing paws in springfield mo, amazing vets, they give lots of treats they make sure the animals feel comfortable and they care a lot about their patients. I had someone recommend me to Melissa Smith, she said she paid $60 for her dogs shots apparently that is just for rabies. So I schedule an appointment and they don’t even let u be with your pet, they were so rough with her hanging her over the door talking to me had no care in the world. They then proceeded to hold her down and scrape her skin where she was developing a tiny rash, they were even going to MUZZLE her. My poor baby was SCREAMING and then they said she needed RESTRAINMENT TRAINING. ARE U F-Ing kidding me??!! she’s barely 4 months old she has NEVER been held down and had her skin SCRAPED. If you hold down any human being and did something painful to them they would cry too. When Melissa noticed i was unhappy she started to get an attitude. I am so glad it’s over. Never coming here again. Don’t bring your animal here if you care for them. December 27 · Shyan Hearod
