★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Just started going to this vet about 6 months ago with my puppy. I have had a great experience with them every visit. Super lovely staff and they took good care of Bowser during his neutering on his last visit. Prices are reasonable too.
September 23 · Alexis LofyIm not able to respond to the response I received so I’m updating my review. I was not asking for a same day appointment. I’m very aware that would not be reasonable. I was told that I am no longer considered a current client because I haven’t needed your services within the last year. I think it’s a good thing I didn’t need to reach out to you, but I guess you hope animals get sick so you can profit off of them more. Also I have talked to other people that use your service and they have stated that they have experienced times where they haven’t been to you in over a year or two and we’re still able to get appointments for concerning issues within the week. Not sure why I was singled out, especially for being able to pay for appointments and care right away. The second lady I talked to did seem slightly confused of this, so my suggestion to you, if I was told the wrong information, is to throughly train your staff and make everyone aware of your policy’s. I have already found a new vet that cares about pets and owners.
June 08 · Erin SobjeckI brought my dog here for the last 6 years. They are very reasonably priced compared to other vets in town, and they never try to push unnecessary things to make extra money. They were always easy to get a hold of and get into even in urgent situations. But after putting my dog to sleep, there aren't enough kind words to express my gratitude. They let him pass outside in the sun and fresh air. They gave me all the time I needed and the staff was kind and supportive. They washed the blanket he passed on for me and made a beautiful paw print mold for our family. Best vet in Wausau
May 02 · Stephanie LeskovianskyLove the vet and the tech. We are switching because of the receptionist. I have only had 1 pet seen at the new vet so my other pets need treatment from wisconsin valley and I had to tell the receptionist today 3 times why I was calling. I told her to have someone else call me.
