★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1A truly wonderful vet's office, and probably the best prices in Clark County for most surgeries. Dr. Sharmin and Dr. Majikowski are both wonderful, caring Vets who have gone out of their way for all of my rescues, as well as the office manager Mary and the kind and respectful staff! Truly wonderful, nice people! If it weren't for the mess that I5 is, we'd still be going there, but it's a crap shoot as to whether the freeway will be passable or whether there will be ANOTHER accident/rollover/mudslide...you name it and WDOT should've fixed it LONG AGO; because when you're stuck in traffic you are TRULY STUCK and it may/usually be hours sitting on the freeway which won't work for the dogs at all (let alone me!) and so I had to make the difficult decision to find a closer office to take the dogs to.I recommend them highly and just wish we were closer to them so that we didn't have to deal with the I5 nonsense (WHEN will people learn to drive?!!)We wish them the best, from Gigi to Blazer to Daisy to Peanut; thank you all!!
August 24 · Murrow SonWe have been going to this office for over fifteen years and have always had great visits. They are a wonderful and caring team who takes the time to know and remember your pets every time.
July 07 · Chelsea TrumpThey have always taken great care of us and our pets. Staff are very nice and definitely love animals.
July 10 · Laura S.Tried to get a wellness exam for my new kitty. 3 months. And quite a lecture when I asked if they could notify me if something came up sooner. These guys used to be great. Now there's just a whole lot of bad attitude. Very sad.
March 19 · b smithI have been going to this vet for a very longtime, when they were in downtown Woodland, and I truly have no idea what’s going on but the front desk people with one girl in particular (I’m not going to name her but you’ll know if you go here who I’m talking about) are terribly rude, unkind and indifferent…you name it. I’ve been talked to like I’m an idiot, completely ignored, and I’ve had the receptionist/front desk person rudely try to diagnose my dog when she knows nothing about my dog and certainly does not know more than a vet or a vet tech. Like I stated I’ve been going here for years because of vets and techs who are very caring and outstanding but I’ve about had it with the people that are the first point of contact and it’s been this way for several years now. I was hoping things would change but they haven’t. I literally dread contacting this vet anymore because every inquiry or request is treated like you’re asking to move mountains. I thought I would post this hoping that it would be looked at by whoever manages the day to day operations and because I had a conversation with another dog owner waiting for her appointment and she too was baffled by how unfriendly and rude the front desk people have been to her. During COVID there was a prerecorded message that the staff would not accept any communication that was unkind and when I heard that I thought does that go both ways???
