Work PetMedic Urgent Care Vet Clinic - Freeport Reviews
Everyone here is amazing. We have been twice (once for our cat and once for our dog) and both times went so smoothly, professionally, and we left feeling reassured and cared for.Jody/Jodie (?) at the front, Rebecca and Tawna helped us (a few others I didn’t catch their name but they were great too!) and they were all amazing.Special shoutout to Rebecca as she truly bonded with our pup. For some backstory, our dog is a large, loud, high energy GSD. They handled him with care, and he ended up bonding with Rebecca.Thank you so much for being excellent both times, and truly showing that Veterinary services are a labor of love.
Jun 19, 2025 · Rebecca LanefskiThank you seems rather inadequate for their kindness, respect, care and response. They gave me all the time I needed to say good-bye to my girl. Although she had a long (13 years) life, it came to quickly for us to part ways. Everyone at PetMedic was so wonderful.
Mar 03, 2025 · Tina LajoieThis is the BEST place to bring your pets for medical attention. Every single person here has been very patient, kind and professional. We really appreciate how at ease our dogs are in this environment and feel really good about the attention and care recieved. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They always make our pets feel better ❤️
Jun 26, 2025 · Bailey HuffWe recently had to take our senior cat Odie to the clinic in Freeport and I can’t say enough good things about this group of people . The vet techs were amazing and compassionate. They took their time explaining things to us and worked with us to find the best course of action that was the least invasive to Odie and most reasonably cost effective . Truly a place that I will return to if I ever need the best emergency care for any of my animals ever again! Forever grateful - Bethanie
Jun 17, 2025 · Beth SavageGreat experience. Dr. Singh was amazing and we didn't get any hard sell for items for our puppy. It was well worth the one hour drive, A LOT less expensive than I anticipated and, hopefully not anytime soon, we will not hesitate to make the drive. Our Penny is feeling much better!
