Pet Supermarket Reviews
Maddie and Ben are amazing if you ever have any questions about an animal or product look for them they always are helpful and answer honestly and are lovely people. The manager sherry is generally unpleasant! I’ve lived in the area for the majority of my life and have consistently shopped for all my pet supplies here this was actually my first job when I was 16. I love animals so I loved working here but sherry treated me very unfairly! I was called inappropriate aggressive names by another employee in the store and when I expressed this to the manager sherry she seemed very unconcerned. I might have not been the best employee given I was young and this was my first job but never did anything to warrant any bullying. Recently I came in here to adopt 2 ferrets and was helped by maddie she was extremely helpful. About 2 weeks later I came back in to adopt another ferret and was assisted by sherry who was extremely rude! She interrupted my mother who was trying to ask her questions several times, and was very short and rude when explaining the 15 day warranty that they have on their animals. I believe pet stores to be a little sad because most people don’t truly care about the animals and aren’t properly educated and just look at it as a job. This is one of the stores that’s on the better side of animal care compared to others so I would recommend this store but I would not recommend sherry.

Jun 16, 2025 · Frank PowellThe manager Sherri here is by far the worst example of a manager and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 10 years in customer service. My same day pickup order was routed to this store and not the store closest to me. It wasn’t until I had called the store it was supposed to be sent to that I knew it was sent to the incorrect store. The manager at the store it was to be sent to was extremely helpful and figured out that my order was stolen by the DoorDash driver who was sent to the store to pick it up. I had called this location as my $211 ($250 in Merchandise as I used a coupon) order was stolen from here, the manager Sherri was far from helpful, she claimed she didn’t know anything about my order, that was stolen from her location, but a different manager not from this location knew about the $250 theft? She was very argumentative, extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and flat out rude, spoke down to me like I was a second class citizen to her. She told me that they don’t collect the money for the order so she doesn’t know anything, however my bank billing shows Pet Supermarket is who was paid, all she wanted to do was argue that they didn’t get the money and DoorDash did when that clearly isn’t the case per my bank transactions. My issue is resolved with a refund from (you guess it! Pet Supermarket), but it is no thanks to Sherri at this location, but a manager from a different store who didn’t even have anything to do with this order and corporate. As a manager in the retail industry Sherri really needs to work on people skills, customer service, and basic manager skills. Pet Supermarket is a great store, but Sherri is the worst manager and District or Corporate should pull the recordings of this phone call and the video of my order being stolen 04/10 and take action against both Sherri and the DoorDash driver who stolen my $211 order ($250 in merchandise as a coupon was used)
Apr 12, 2025 · Shelby BerfieldI’ve been a loyal customer at this store for over 10 years and have always appreciated the friendly atmosphere—until my most recent experience. Unfortunately, Brandy’s behavior toward my friend and me was disappointing and unprofessional. She aggressively approached us to scold my friend for her dog briefly picking up a toy and leaving it on the ground. Her tone was unnecessarily rude and hostile, making the situation uncomfortable and unpleasant. After spending $150 during that visit, I expected much better customer service. It’s disheartening to have such a negative experience at a place I’ve supported for so long. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future encounters are handled with kindness and respect.
Feb 01, 2025 · Ava KloeberWhoever runs this store whether it’s the manger or assistant manager she was highly unprofessional and rude. Never seen such disrespect and an attitude towards a customer like this before. All over a coupon she had a hissy fit about using two different coupons. It’s unbelievable how someone like that could be in charge of running a store.
