★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took my dog here to be shaved as he had a matted coat and sticky rat traps all over his fur(he’s a bit dumb and thinks everything has to go on and in his mouth) and Charlotte Long REFUSED to shave him because she thinks it will ruin his coat and instead decided to cut chunks of his hair off all over his body. He now looks sick like he is losing his hair. Oh and CHARLOTTE LONG also charged me $80 to make my dog look stupid. I do NOT recommend this place for boarding or grooming. Very bad business
August 09 · legacy perezDon't know how they are with boarding, but I took my Golden Retriever to be groomed and they did a Terrible job. Shaved his belly and up his sides as if he was having surgery. Obviously had NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING! I was sick when I picked him up.
August 01 · Thomas KeeneyOur Anatolian Sheppard and Basset Hound were treated well. They do not overcrowd so its not very noisy. Cement run was nice and they have a large run , almost a small field the dogs can run in. Staff was excellent and I got the feeling they take the time to connect with the dogs. We will be back
May 23 · Michael ClayBig hearted people. Cats supervise everything that goes on, and they seem to approve. Our corgis are happy to be there.
December 04 · Helmuth MassatTook my dog for treatment of cancer and she was giving excellent care. The price was a fraction of the estimate I was given from other clinics. I thought I was going to have to put her to sleep because I'm on disability and couldn't afford the 2500.00 I was quoted from other clinics. Thank you so much to the Dr and staff for saving my dogs life.
