★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I called to inquire whether this facility was accepting new patients. The individual who answered the phone responded immediately with an attitude that I found to be disrespectful. When I simply asked if they were accepting new patients, she stated, “I can’t do anything today,” and proceeded to speak to me in a dismissive manner. As I explained that I would need to seek care elsewhere due to her attitude, she abruptly hung up on me. I am deeply concerned about the professionalism and compassion demonstrated by the staff, especially considering the important role this organization plays in caring for animals. Respectful and courteous communication is essential, both for clients and for the well-being of the animals they serve.I hope that they look into this matter and address the attitude and conduct of their staff to ensure that future interactions are handled with professionalism and kindness as this appears to be a consistent problem…
July 24 · Lacey SmithThis guy wasn't a good vet 30 years ago. Hasn't improved with age. He doesn't know of a sinus infection from a yeast infection. Do not go here. He treats your animals like crap that is why he will not see them while you are in the room. His parents were good people and his Dad was a good vet, unfortunately his son doesn't get it.
July 16 · RobertBrought in a kitten, everyone was so nice and welcoming and listened. Will 100% be going to this place in the future! They even sent me home with kitten food and toys
July 26 · Valerie Merrill-MillerVery very disrespectful. They forgot to hang up the phone after leaving a voicemail and the conversation I heard that followed was rather nasty and rude. Fast forward 3 months to may 5th 2025 they refused to rehydrate my dog unless I paid them for a blood test and demanded sedation when my dog can't even stand after waking from the coma she was in last night. We spent hours dripping water mixed with a small amount of rendered chicken fat and bone marrow into her mouth just to rehydrate her enough that she woke up. I have nothing but disgust for these people, especially Heather it was her and another who left the voicemail and it was Heather who gave these outrageously dangerous demands. Sedation of a dog after they wake from a coma is beyond dangerous and could send them back in or even cause their death if their body isn't strong enough.
May 05 · Jayson BenjaminThe staff is friendly and helpful and Dr Kondon is very very caring.. they are also reasonably priced. Top notch care.
