★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If I could give them no stars I would. They think it’s funny to toy around with the ideal that your dog is dying. Prescribing random medicines, & not running tests/or running tests you know nothing about resulting in over $1k costs, resulted in the death of my best friend’s dog. When confronted they hide behind the phone like cowards. 10/10 WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Also, same dog that died, he smacked in the nose because he growled. So it’s just okay to hit animals? This dude needs to be shut down.
July 29 · CBrenner21I love the care and love shown to our pets by Dr. Hedges.
January 15 · S.L. RaifsniderDr. Hedges is amazing! He truly loves his job and treats his patients like their family. The office staff is pretty amazing as well an will go above and Beyond to help any way they can..
January 18 · Amanda HortonI have been to multiple veterinary clinics and Hedges is by far my favorite. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. My female cat is very skittish and fearful, but for whatever reason, she is fine at Hedges… they are so good with her. He was able to diagnose my male cat and solve his problem after it was missed at another clinic. I am so thankful for Hedges as I was thinking I was going to have to put him down. 2 years later, he continues to thrive.
October 25 · Linda MunroJust a fair warning to anyone considering this Vet.He displayed extreme prejudice towards my big dog and started the procedure aggressively with negative vibes that my dog could feel. He also raised a fist to my dog when he growled at him. Absolutely no bedside manor or common sense when it comes to large breeds. Also,If you are dissatisfied or disappointed with their services DO NOT express this to them if you want them to continue seeing your pet. Even in the event of an emergency they will kick you out and ban you from being able to return back. When a customer expresses concern or dissatisfaction even in a completely calm and rational way they will interrupt you mid sentence, scream over you and tell you "since you're dissatisfied with our service you can just no longer be a patient here"Most places in my experience will listen, and either explain why they did what they did, or try to changes something to make the experience better. This place does not.
