★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1First time patient! My 70 lb doodle isn't a fan of the vet. I let them know that I usually keep him in the car until a room is open, to for a smooth visit. Because we'd never been there, I decided to walk him in to see how he did. A rottweiler pup immediately started barking, so we walked to the other side of a very large waiting room. In the blink of an eye, the young lady at the desk took in the situation and whisked us to an exam room. The exam room was just as impressive as the waiting room. Our vet came in and gave a rundown of my dogs health history, and began an examination. He's prone to ear infections, so she swabbed his ears and sent us home with not only his meds, but good instructions on how to use them. Turns out I hadn't been using them appropriately. She also gave me information on pain management for his hip dysplasia. She was very thorough, very patient, and provided great information! The vet techs were also very good at ensuring pets and their owners maintain a safe distance. What a relief, to find a good vet near our home.
August 14 · Linda BorjasI’ve been going to crossroads for many years with multiple different pets. Sadly, I had to put my childhood dog down about a week ago. The staff were very kind and empathetic to my situation since I was very emotional. Although, when the veterinarian came in she kept calling him by the wrong name. Also, after the first dose of medicine was administered my poor dog was stumbling and trying to walk around (he’s a very very anxious) as I was trying to settle him down and get him to relax the vet tech came in asking if we wanted to cash out now. As I’m trying to get my dog to just lay down and get last hugs before he’s gone they’re asking me about payment. I kindly said that we would pay after and she totally understood and gave us some space. After the second dose was given and we were given a couple minutes to sit with him and give goodbyes. The vet tech came in again and asked which box we would like his ashes in. She kept pointing at a very ornate wood box and said this was very pretty. It felt very much like it was pushing the most expensive item. Over all, everyone was very kind and understood the pain we were feeling and they did a wonderful job of giving us space and letting us grieve. I would just maybe suggest doing all of the payment and choices before the service actually begins that way the customers attention can be on their loved one that their letting go.
July 26 · Mckenzie SheteronCrossroads Veterinary Clinic has been an exceptional care provider for our dog, Vienna, since she was a puppy. Their team performed a procedure on her, and we couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and compassion. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in Vienna’s well-being, taking the time to explain every step of the process. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and the care is always tailored to her needs. From routine check-ups to complex procedures, Crossroads consistently delivers top-notch service. We’re grateful for their dedication and highly recommend them to any pet owner!
August 02 · morgan baileyAlways received tender care of our animal family - cats and dog. Thank you for your attentive and knowledgeable skills. We appreciate your accommodating and accessible service. You are an asset to our community!
August 25 · Sarah ElyThey lied to us and we ended up having to put our 3 year old baby kitten down due to an infection that they should have seen in her blood work. They stated her blood was fine when it was not when we questioned them about it they stated that they mixed us up with a different person and they were only human and thing's like that human. There is so much more wrong with what happened to our kitten and with their treatment we will never take another another animal there and pray that no one else does either. Their bedside maner is just unforgiving how do send the wrong test results to the wrong person and their customer service is ill will and unbelievable at most so laid back and nonstandard. She was the very life of the house at a little 5lb funny and silly kitty girl they caused us our Dawg by their lack of care and concern about our baby kitty. I could say so much more because we have everything from day 1 to the final day we had to be put to sleep or should I say from their first mistake to the last but I am done. RIP Dawg.
