★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very nice and amazing customer service. I wasn't able to bring my pet in personally due to scheduling conflicts, but they let my partner bring her in for me without any hassle. Definitely my #1 vet whenever my cat is feeling ill. Very inexpensive as well, which is nice because I only work part-time while going to school :)
August 25 · maxwell bI have been taking my pets to Dan Kaspari for 20 years. Always foundHim very kind to them and me. I just had to put my 16 yr.old yellow lab/mix down. . The staff was wonderful and so was Dr. Kaspari. He was always pleased with the good care I gave my pets. I'll be visiting again soon as I get a new cuddle buddy.❤️💔 Phloyd
September 21 · Christina wassenaarRepeatedly Let Down — Extremely Poor ExperienceI rarely leave reviews, but after my experience with Dr. Kaspari and his clinic, I feel it’s necessary to share. I brought my dog in for a skin infection and was initially hopeful — we were prescribed antibiotics, and things cleared up for a short time. Unfortunately, the infection returned within a few weeks.I came back for a second appointment, paid another office visit fee, and was again given antibiotics — no testing beyond a glance under the microscope, and no conversation about what might be causing the issue. When the infection returned yet again, I called the office as instructed... and was completely ignored.I tried multiple times to reach the doctor for guidance, but he wouldn’t return my calls. No help, no next steps, not even basic follow-up. After spending over $300 and still having no clear diagnosis or solution, I had to take my dog elsewhere — to a clinic that actually listened and provided a treatment plan. What bothers me most isn’t just the cost — it’s the lack of care. My dog was clearly uncomfortable and needed more than a temporary fix, and I felt completely dismissed. Being told not to call back and getting no response when I needed help was incredibly disappointing.I’m now working with a different vet who is taking the time to figure out the root cause of the problem, and I’ve filed a complaint with the veterinary board regarding this experience.Pet owners deserve better. If you're looking for real care, consistent communication, and answers — I strongly encourage you to explore other options.
June 09 · Christine BontregerDeeply Disappointed Repeated Neglect and No Follow-Up CareDealing with Dr. Kaspari has been the worst veterinary experience I’ve ever had. I brought my sweet dog in for a skin infection, and while he did give her antibiotics at the first visit, the infection returned within a few weeks. I came back in, paid another $150 office visit, and received more antibiotics no deeper investigation or plan for long-term care. When I followed up as instructed 10 days later, Dr. Kaspari would not return my call. I was given no advice, no follow-up, and no medication, just silence. I called multiple times, hoping for some direction, but I was completely ignored. At this point, I had paid $300 for temporary relief and zero answers.I was left with no choice but to take my dog to Dickman Road Veterinary Clinic, where she finally received proper care. Unlike Kaspari Veterinary, they actually looked into the cause of the issue instead of just covering it up.What hurts most is how indifferent Dr. Kaspari seemed to be. I was nothing but polite and concerned, yet I was dismissed, ignored, and told not to call back. I was stunned. I felt like my dog who was visibly uncomfortable and clearly in pain didn’t matter to him at all. And frankly, no pet owner should ever be made to feel like that.I have since filed a complaint with the Michigan Board of Veterinary Medicine. If you're considering taking your pet to this clinic, I urge you to look elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated like this, especially when they are paying for help and doing everything they can to care for their animal. Please be cautious. Your pet deserves a vet who actually cares not one who takes your money and leaves you in the dark.
June 09 · Jesse JatoftI normally don’t post things like this, but I feel like I need to share in hopes of helping someone else avoid this.I took my Yorkie to Dr. Kaspari after she developed a skin infection. I trusted this vet to help her, but it turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had with an animal care provider. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and after two visits and $300, I was sent home with nothing but antibiotics and allergy meds no real answers or treatment plan. The infection kept coming back, and each time I tried to follow up, they either ignored me or outright refused to help. Eventually, I was told not to call back at all. My dog was left suffering, and I was left feeling helpless and heartbroken.I’ve since filed a formal complaint with the Board of Veterinary Medicine. If you’re looking for a vet who truly cares, I urge you to look elsewhere. No pet deserves to be treated like this. 💔
