★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had taken my past dog of 13 years here since getting him. They have always been so caring even when I only had to board him for a weekend and would monitor his blood pressure and other functions and always report to me if something was off.Me and my dog had moved away when he was about 11. He unfortunately was diagnosed with lymphoma at 13 years old. I drove all the way back to this very hospital for a second opinion on his care. They gave me so much support and a booklet of information about his health and what to expect. They were also amazing at giving better medicines to make him as comfortable as possible. I’ll never forget the peace they gave me during that devastating time. I am forever grateful.
August 04 · A WIt is very rare to find a vet as compassionate as Dr. Vincent and the entire crew here at Log Cabin. I have rats, and finding a vet that takes exotics is hard enough, but they go above and beyond here. The nurses are very well informed and very kind. Laurie has also been a beaming light, remembering me and being such a kind soul while we were preparing my boy, Bubby, to pass the rainbow bridge. Amazing staff, 11/10
April 15 · Cleo FinchI don’t know how this place has negative reviews. Log Cabin is so good with me and my pets. I just had to euthanize my hamster and they were fantastic with the process and were professional. I love the employees and Dr.Vincent, they always answer any type of questions I have regarding my pets!
March 31 · Sarah ButcherYour reputation is only as good as your last encounter. All it takes is one bad decision, or one questionable employee. I know from experience. I was told that they could not fit in an appointment to euthanize a suffering animal on a Friday afternoon but was given an appointment for the following Monday. The animal died over the weekend.
March 25 · Ella LarderMy Border Collie puppy was playing with a stick in the yard and started choking. I couldn't see anything, but she was clearly struggling like something was stuck in her throat. I couldn't see anything, so I called Log Cabin Animal Hospital and was told to bring her right in. When I arrived, the staff was literally waiting at the door to whisk her away back to an examination room. They ended up having to sedate her (asked my permission first) in order to be able to remove what ended up being a fairly large sliver of wood from way back in her upper pallet which, by the way, was imbedded in such a way that she would never have been able to get out by herself. The staff kept me informed of every step of her treatment, and we ended up leaving with a healthy pup after only about 45 minutes. I was so impressed by their urgency and truly felt they cared about my girl. No more sticks for her!
