Petco Reviews
NEVER BUY FEEDER FISH FROM HERE THERE TANK HAVE SICK FISH EVERWHERE. I brought 15 feeder fish, when I got home I seen that one of the fish have few spots on the tail didn’t think nothing of it. I had my oscars and Jack Dempsey got 9 years never had a problem. After my fish ate them two days later my fish had spots all over. Went to a different Petco and they told me what meds to get but I guess it was two late 3 days later fish started dying one by one, calledThe store and now they trying say it was not them but if u go in the store they have other tanks with spots in there. Bad customer service, when u go in the store you can barely get help in the fish department I always have to walk around to find someone. I brought some fancy guppies and put it in a different and now tho fish has spot getting on them As of 4/28/25 I’m still trying get my other tank back together, still doing treatment and water change as bottle recommended but I might still loose some more fish. On 6/23/25 I went back to the store to look at the fish about to give them another chance and the fish are sick and some have spots and there for sale even the feeder fish are dead at the bottom, I picked to prove it. Owner was hoping for me to come back I tried and it’s the same there please don’t get fish from there they will die and the store will say they don’t sell sick fish

Jun 24, 2025 · Sonnie GrantI highly recommend exercising caution before visiting this location.I had scheduled a grooming appointment for my pet, but upon arriving, I immediately began to regret the decision. The first red flag was the empty parking lot. The second was seeing an employee outside the entrance, smoking a cigarette and speaking on the phone about vacation plans—hardly a professional image for a pet care facility.Inside, the atmosphere didn’t improve. One employee, noticeably disengaged, was leaning over the checkout counter absorbed in her phone and didn’t acknowledge me as I walked in. As I moved farther into the store, I saw another employee grooming a visibly frightened small dog while a third sat nearby, also focused on her phone. The strong odor of wet dog filled the space and was quite off-putting.I was soon approached by a polite young woman who informed me that the water in the building had been shut off. As a result, my pet would not receive the standard wet bath but instead a “dry bath” following the grooming session. This was not what had been communicated to me during my phone call with the groomer. I asked to speak with the individual who would be grooming my pet, but she was not present or anywhere near the grooming area.I informed the staff that a dry bath was unacceptable and that I would be leaving. The young woman at the desk, who seemed embarrassed by the situation, turned visibly red when I declined her offer to at least trim my pet’s nails. As I was exiting, the employee at the checkout finally looked up from her phone, greeted me with a smile, and seemed prepared to assist with a transaction. However, I wasn’t purchasing anything—and frankly, I couldn’t leave fast enough. If it had been possible, I would have taken the other dogs being groomed with me, just to remove them from what I felt was an unprofessional and unsettling environment. To be completely honest, I wouldn’t trust this team to care for anything. I don’t even have hair, and I still wouldn’t let these individuals touch my head—let alone entrust them with the well-being of my pet.
May 09, 2025 · Michael VichichI got my Bearded Dragon from here about a month ago. But before I got him me and my granddaughter went it to see them every week for a few weeks before getting one. The same lady was always taking special care of them. Cleaning them talking to them. She knew about each one of them. There was two of them that was about 5 months old in their own encloser. Then some tiny ones in their own encloser. When I picked the one we got. She was like oh your taking my sweet boy. She was happy he was getting a home. Told me all about him. That he likes veggies and this and that and what he doesn't like. She knew about all the replies there. I have to say she was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. I plan on bringing our guy back in to see her soon.
