PETgrove Bird shop Reviews
Full story update as requested by owner: originally i received a jenday conure and 2 cockateils. Cockateils are doing well. Jenday died on the 2nd day and just couldnt recover from shipping as he areived fluffed and very stressed. I alwrted petgrove and they offered to send a replqcemwnt jenday and i bought a dun conure to ship with him to hopefully alleiviate stress on shipping. When they arrived at airport, sun conure was good but jenday was very fluffed and stressed. A day later, jenday calmed down with the help of his buddy the sun conure and all appeared well. Almost 2 weeks later, we woke up in the morning and jenday was mouth breathing and in respiratory distress. I went to emergency avian vet and he was placed in oxygen tank with low chance of survival. Vet stated it was likely a respiratory virus that jenday had had for a long time and possibly ahipping had been a stressor that exasperated. Sun conure currently has a sneeze belut appears to be doing okay right now which would ruther back up a viral illness. I have an african gray for 8 years and budgies and the 2 cockateils with no peoblems. Never had a sick bird and used to be an avian vet tech. There is nothing in my household thst would make a bird sick. Something could have happened in transport but i paid s lot of money and bought an extra bird to avoid this and he came with an illness.. Updated reciew:Originally i gave them 5 stars. But my conures that came have gotten sick after 2 weeks. Vet said likely viral infection theyve had for awhile. One was euthanized and beyond saving and the other is now showing signs of illness. My other birds were exposed and im upset. Very little communication and i dont understand why they would send people sick birds. They seem complacent and irresponsible. I regret buying any birds from them as my whole flock is at risk now and its great watching birds suffer and die. My kids are very upset.Original review: They have great birds! I got a sun conure, jenday conure and 2 cockateils from them and all are beautiful and healthy birds! Communication can be frustrating at times, but they follow through and deliver amazing birds at very fair prices!!

He already knows how to give kisses and target training and I’ve only had him for less than a week. their birds are so taken care of and you can tell they work on them with care. Very clean store and healthy birds. Definitely recommend buying your little bird friend here! I’m so happy I did.
