Dec 25, 2024 · MariaDon’t get what’s with the low star rating, but I came to buy parakeets and they are so beautiful and happy. Lady there is kind and shows her expertise. Always support your local businesses. I will always come back to this shop for my bird needs or to pick up some new feathered friends along the way. Hopefully I can work for them and help this place out.
Feb 17, 2024 · Jonathan MorenoWOW!!!!! CLOSED FOR 2 WEEKS AND THEY DON'T EVEN, EVEN HAVE A SIGN UP SAYING IT 🙄 😒 😑 😕
May 23, 2025 · ShellyI would never buy from this store. Went to look for a hamsters for my daughter and was horrified at what I saw. Dead birds in over crowded cages and in a pile of boxes, their feathers missing, very poor condition. They had about 10 dwarf hamsters in one small cage all together, They have signs of NO PICTURES ALLOWED all over I could understand why. I don't understand how the City could allow such a store to be in business. It is a fairly newly open store so I hope they improve.
Jul 27, 2021 · Andrea MatiasI just left their store and came out sad and devastated. I took my 6 year old to see the animals. We were taken in the back where there's pet pigs, hamsters, birds and bunnies, etc. My son went to see the bunnies since that's his favorite. Upon observing the cage I noticed the white bunny not moving. Eye was slightly open. I informed the lady who worked there that the bunny is dead. So she reached her hand inside with NO gloves and pulled out the super flat and stiff white bunny. I also noticed the water bowl was empty. She then refilled the small water bowl barely half an inch. 3 bunnies came fast and was gulping it down like a thirsty dog. Never seen that in my entire life. The 4th bunny was in the corner not moving, just staring. Also, she didn't wash her hands after handling a dead animal and failed to clean the cage. I'm sickened by this treatment and health concerns of the animals here. And I reported it. I hope something is done about it
