Wagmor Pets Reviews
My review is for the cuddle session. If you can get over the smell right when you walk in and the idea that the pups have been walking around in their own and other dogs' urine, then the experience won't be too bad. There's hand sanitizer available as well. You first pay a small fee to interact with the dogs. I feel like they need more human contact time rather than people wanting a cuddle time with the dogs. Majority were desperately seeking attention and I do hope they get adopted soon. From what I've read from the other comments, yeah the adoption fee is kinda high, but keep in mind that that covers their vet bills and bringing the dogs in from other states takes up a ton of resources. I would adopt from this rescue one day and I do hope that the adoption process is smooth. The dogs could use more baths and social time with people/staff and especially the place getting the floors cleaned. The dogs had beds and crates, but no pee pads. Many of the dogs are very friendly and deserve a chance. The idea for a cuddle time is nice though and getting swarmed by a bunch of dogs is cute and a dream come true, but I do feel that there is too many dogs in a small space and when it's not outdoors where there is better circulation and air flow.
Jun 18, 2023 · D LThis has been the worst experience in adopting a dog I’ve ever had. I went in to adopt a corgi. The corgi was a little shy which I thought was normal and the blond lady assured me she was just shy.. I paid 850 + a 500 dollar donation which she stated was mandatory.. she had packed the dog and everything without disclosing the donation fee .. She also failed to disclose that this dog was brought from a breeding mill and has SEVERE PTSD AND ANXIETY.. This poor pup shakes is afraid of all human is always soo anxious.. Not to Mention when I got home this pups spay was infected which I didn’t notice until I saw green oozing out of her .. this cost me another $300+ to get meds and take her to the E.R .. I decided to go with a rescue in the hopes to rescue a pup and give it a forever home but this pup hides under the couch all day.. it’s soo sad to see her go through this.. we have tried multiple things to help her anxiety and it just gets worse ..PLEASE PLEASE DONT ADOPT FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Jun 28, 2024 · Denise MedranoOn Thanksgiving morning, we delivered pumpkin whipped cream pumpkin pup cakes for over 50 rescue animals. Wagmor finds home for all dogs including van Gogh who only has one ear! The pups need to get adopted and fed. Thank you for being there for them.Adopt these dogs!❤️
Dec 01, 2024 · Renee RosenMy experience with attempted adoption. Me and my partner were looking to get our first dog together and saw a few puppies listed on Petfinder! We got in contact with wagnor and we're almost immediately able to get a phone interview for adoption as we aren't local. We were prepared for a standard phone interview although the interviewer was a bit strange. He seemed very pushy about rapid adoption and boastful about wagnor listing celebrities and talking about how they even have customers in other countries. We felt it was strange that he wasn't speaking on the animals only celebs and popularity but we decided to continue with the adoption. After the phone interview we requested time to decide on the puppy we were interested in and to figure out a timeline to meet them. Almost immediately after the phone call we received invoices in the amount of $1500. This was not just an invoice for the deposit but a request to pay in full. We felt that was odd as we hadn't decided yet and hadn't scheduled a time to meet the puppy which would be a must for us before paying in full. We then received very pushy almost aggressive texts requesting that we pay in full. This had all happened same day we saw the ad for the puppy. We were not willing to pay in full before meeting the puppy so we unfortunately had to withdraw our interest. When we told wagmor this they were pretty rude in response and that was the end of our experience. I would say after that experience I wouldn't suggest adopting with them. Their behavior is pretty concerning and resembles an adoption scam. After reading reviews and online threads it seems they are known not to be very trustworthy and our experience only solidified that. The takeaway from this is be careful who you adopt from not all rescues have the animals best interest at heart
Mar 25, 2025 · cao luvI had absolutely no issue adopting my dog through them! They were super responsive throughout the process and also did her follow up shots for parvo and distemper since she was only 10 weeks old when I got her. Never had an issue and they even included a tote bag with goodies for her. She is now 8 months, had her spay that was paid for by them like promised, and is a happy and healthy puppy. I don’t know what other people have experienced but personally I had no issues with Wagmor and am grateful I adopted Chloe from them.
