Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
We recently had an emergency visit our 2.5 year old dog. She was diagnosed with anal gland infection and her treatment at the hospital was excellent. The doctor and staff were very helpful and they made sure we understood what treatment was necessary. The only issue we have is that they did not make a follow up call a few days later to check on her condition. Having said that, our dog is back to normal and no follow up is necessary.
Apr 09, 2025 · patricia byrneIn December, we had to put down our sweet, loving dog Kira after 12 years. Banfield staff was kind and accommodating, as she had lost her ability to walk, they carted her in through the back and made sure there was a blanket set down for her.My baby girl enjoyed a bowl of treats before she went off to the Rainbow Bridge. The nurses and doctor who helped her transition were so friendly, as well as compassionate. I had her cremated, and her ashes and paw print were returned to me beautifully, including a very kind condolences card signed by the Banfield staff, as well as a bonus nose print, which was so kind of them to do.To Banfield staff, thank you so much. You are very kind and loving people, and I'm glad we trusted you with our Kira's final moments. 💗
Jan 23, 2024 · Layla BHonestly great people. Didn’t expect it from a corporate company but everyone puts your pet first. Helped us in many stressful situations and got our pups better
Jan 28, 2025 · Kyle WireThe scheduling and time slots were quick and reasonable for care. Ultimately the absurd prices and rates for most basic of services is why i will not be coming back to this business.
Feb 26, 2025 · Isaiah PaytonThe staff could not be nicer and they love my baby boy. My 97pound Pitbull that thinks he's the size of a lap dog. I would definitely recommend them for any services you might need. Great staff and always make you feel welcome
